PROS: There is a variety of equipment, weights, etc. which is excellent.
There is a towel bar, water dispenser, TV, and nonstop playing music. ( I used my headphones)
CONS: Two Pelton bikes - Handle bar broke on one, the other wobbled. Reported both to the front desk. The spin bikes have no phone or water holders.
There are no fans, and the heat was full force. It was so hot that everyone I saw in the fitness room looked like they were in a sauna. I was so overheated that I only made it through 55 minutes of cardio before I called it a day. I wouldn't use it again unless the heat was regulated...
Read moreWe went during the week in October when it wasn’t crowded. My 2.5 yr old really enjoyed the splash pads as well as the pool. I liked the zero entry pool for little ones. When you first walk in the place it feels really warm. The big pool water is also warm but the splash pad area is kind of cold but not freezing. They provide towels and at the cabana I shared chicken tenders and fries with my little one. Good value for staying put and not having to cut...
Read moreCheck in is 4pm at the hotel after an hour or so we decide to go to the pool, spend 15 minutes there then they close the entire pool and kick everyone out. No answers as to why the pool closed from any workers there or the front desk. Pool is supposed to close at 9pm and is a huge reason people even stay at your hotel. At least tell people who ask why you closed or what happened and no offer of compensation to make up for a ruined Saturday evening...
