My kids absolutely love this place. It’s very clean and the ability to have a indoor space like this on crummy days is wonderful. The whole facility encourages imaginative play and gross motor skills. The one screen they have is a STEM learning system, so I feel it’s appropriate. There is plenty of comfortable seating for caregivers and open Wi-Fi. So why not give this place 5 stars? Honestly I debated writing a review, but the longer I sat with this the longer I became upset. My partner and I arrived with our 4 kids. The policy states that with one paid adult admission, another adult is included. This other adult can be the other parent, nanny, grandparent, etc. 2 of our 4 kids are biologically mine, the other 2 my partner’s. Despite the policy, we were asked to both pay adult admission due to some of the children being hers and some mine. Our kids wanted to play and we didn’t want to cause a scene, nor did we feel comfortable explaining our family dyad to a stranger, so we paid. First and foremost, I find the adult admission cost to be high, but if both adults are included it isn’t awful. In our case, it was an extra $9 and that adds up when you have 4 kids that want to go back all the time. We considered a membership, but now feel like we would have to pay 2 separate memberships, which just doesn’t seem fair. The wording for their pricing policy seems inclusive, but now we are feeling the policy is homophobic. If my partner didn’t enter with us when we paid and parked the car, when she walked in would she have been made to pay the $9 because she doesn’t appear to be male? Like I said, the facility is wonderful and the kids have a great time. I feel like my kids have great interactions and valuable play time there. I would recommend this place a million times to my friends in a “typical family structure” I am not sure I would recommend to families outside the norm.

We had my twins' 4th birthday party here. We got the Bear Package with the Out of this World theme. It was very convenient and I highly recommend it. The party was 2 hours, which I thought wouldn't be long enough, but it was just right. The first hour and a half is in the play area and the last half hour is in the party room. The kids were able to finish their pizza and cupcakes in the allotted time in the party room, which, again, I thought would be rushed but wasn't. We opted to pay the fee ($30) to bring outside food since it was cheaper than adding more pizza and cupcakes through them. This also gave us the ability to provide food that wasn't pizza. I thought the fee was a little high, but I realized at the end of the party that they still had to clean up the mess from the outside food, so it was definitely fair. All in all, we didn't spend too much more than if we'd had the party at home and we didn't have to clean up! Unfortunately, the party favors didn't arrive from their supplier. However, they more than made up for it by giving each kid a return pass instead. It wasn't as exciting as walking out with an inflatable rocket ship, but the other parents preferred the pass for sure. If you're on the fence, I recommend that you just go ahead and put down the deposit! They fill up months in advance. I discussed the options with them in December and paid the deposit in early January for our party in March. In December, March was already half full. I also recommend going with them doing the decorations. The schedule is tight; I don't think we could have finished decorating in the allotted 20 minutes. Plus, they have this down to a science. Everything matched and looked great! I wish I'd gotten more pictures, but I was too busy having fun.

Central PA hidden GEM!!!! we had our baby girls 1st bday shindig and was absolutely blown away with the outcome. They decorated the room so beautifully and even had the Perfect little smash cake and high chair ready for my princess on arrival - all I had to do literally was just show up. it was an effortless win for me as a mom of 4 deciding last minute to do a party, and an A+ for the team who executed this assignment so effortlessly. I absolutely recommend this place for the total package - save yourself time money and stress from the DIY life and hire the professionals who help you enjoy and create the memories. It was worth every penny and very fair in price I believe for the level of quality service and decor they offer My favorite part was all the personalize details for the party and most importantly the playroom - how cool were all the activities and hands on imagination play available - this was so refreshing even the big kids were playing. I am so happy we found this place - our family drove out all the way from NYC and we got to create a memory for the vault that was priceless. Thank you we will be back to hang out again soon :)
