Rays Jewelry Inc — Attraction in Hialeah

I’ve been looking for a jeweler for quit some time now to repair some pieces I’ve had since I was a child, that I can actually trust. Not only did I find a jeweler to repair my jewelry to pass down to my daughters, but now I actually found a jeweler and jewelry store that has reasonable prices, very nice jewelry, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’m very big on customer service and when I walked in I was quickly greeted and met Emily, who was so nice and sweet! She then called the actual owner of the jewelry store Ray over to take a look at the bracelet I needed to repair, (which I will add is 24 yrs old, bc I got it when I was 15 yrs old) and he was so personable, very knowledgeable about jewelry, and very nice!

All and all, I went in to just repair some jewelry and came out buying some more jewelry! When I picked up the bracelet I had gotten repaired, it came back 10x’s nicer than when I originally got it and I won’t even begin to start writing about the custom necklace I had made, but I will say I LOVE IT!!!

I’ve already begin telling people about Ray’s Jewelry store and my mom actually went in the following week, bc she fell in love with the necklace I had custom made and she ended up buying some pieces for my 15 yr old daughter, and she also agreed the jewelry is very nice, great prices, and once again GREAT customer service!

If I could give this place 0 stars, for the last transaction alone, it took away from any positive experience we had throughout the years. I fixed my jewelry here and recommended it to my father and sister. My father recently had his chain fixed but had doubts that the length of the chain was different from what he turned it in. He went to seek assistance, and while one lady helped seek a resolution, another lady hurled insults directed at my father and directed nasty comments in his direction. We have never had an incident with any business in this manner where belittlement and curse words have been used to my family or me the way she was to my father when seeking clarity on a business transaction matter. Mi experiencia es extremadamente triste y fea, he comprado unas cuantas prendas y relojes en este sitio y como me arrepiento, Cada anillo que he comprado de hasta 5000$ de hecho, las piedras se le caen cada dos meses, mi primer anillo de compromiso perdió la piedra y no pudieron arreglarmelo, tuve que elejir otro y pagar por encima oviamente, también al otro anillo se le caen las piedras cada dos meses (ojo,trabajo en oficina) Un amigo de mi esposo recomendado por nosotros,le compro su engagement ring a su esposa y le sucedió esactamente lo Mismo,el anillo perdia las piedras constantemente.
