Anthropologie — Attraction in Highland Park

I have had mixed experiences, depending on the staff. I wish they were all friendly as customers are there and shop to keep their business going and they get paid to do customer service. I am not sure if it was my lack of makeup or my hat, but I was serviced with disdain, impatience and rigidity. Such a cold feeling, as if they were doing me a favor. If I pay and you work there, you should do your job well, so you can also get paid, otherwise don't work there, or anywhere. Also, do not hire unfriendly people, Anthropologie HP, unless the pay cannot afford patience and some smiles. The only friendliness I have experienced from the middle age lady with dark curly shiny hair. Another 3 older staff, not at all. Be happy, bc life...

As a black woman coming into the store in predominately white neighborhood and being followed around while I shopped, I was extremely uncomfortable.
