Editing - 10/16/2024 - Five months later the fitting rooms are STILL not open! There are fitting rooms in the back and they used to be open before covid, so the store can have the fitting rooms. It's very unfortunate Rainbow has not reopened their fitting rooms for their customers.
I am giving this store a one star because they have yet opened their fitting rooms. This such an inconvenience for customers and very inconsiderate. The return policy sucks and will only let your return within seven for your money back. If after seven days you can only get a store credit.
Fitting rooms are an important part of the shopping experience, allowing customers to try on clothes and make sure they fit properly before purchasing. I've seen people trying on clothes in the store just because the owners fail to open them back up. I believe since the customer base is mostly african american the owners DO NOT care to accommodate their customers. This type of discrimination and lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable. All other surrounding stores have opened their fitting rooms so Rainbow has no excuse. When I asked someone why they had not opened their fitting rooms, they said its because they don't want people to steal. This is not a valid excuse as other stores manage to prevent theft without denying their customers the use of fitting rooms.
I hope that with this review it will bring attention to the issue and encourage Rainbow owner's to start treating all their customers with respect and fairness. Discrimination should not be tolerated in any form, especially in retail settings where we are spending our...

I had been in the store maybe minutes when I heard'"You CAN'T do that!" by a staff member. I had seen a cute dress up high and then I saw a metal hook in the corner. There were actually several around the place. I thought it was there for people to use to get the clothes down. The staff member talked to me in a very aggressive tone and loudly si everyone around was staring. U asked why? She said, because those are the RULES in this store. I said, well if you have rules then post them or put the metal hook behind the desk. She kept on berating me and I said like, please don't say anything else, I just want to look around. I tried to look but I felt so uncomfortable. The other staff members weren't very nice either so I left but not before I asked for the Manager's name and phone number. U was told they couldn't give it to me so I asked for the store's number, finally she gave it to me but I got dirty looks. I kept my composure and left. ...

Several establishments have signs that say âWear Masksâ but it NOT REQUIRED! You do not wait until a customer has been in your store for nearly 20 minutes before approaching them saying you can not shop here unless you are wearing a mask. If Masks are Required, you should require gloves or hand sanitizer at the door. Allowing customers to come in and shop with just a mask does not protect everyone when Covid-19 is just as easily transmitted through touching clothes. How do you know a customer has washed there hands ? There are no hand sanitizer stations available at the door or anywhere...
