Zen Alive Smoothie & Juice Bar — Restaurant in Hiram

Yes, yes and yes! I stopped by here today, on a whim as I was passing by on my way to Walgreens. I was parched and needed something quick to quench my theist, and boy am I glad I did.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a simple but uplifting phrase, "Welcome Queen." That instantly brought a smile to my face and put a little pep in my step. I was not only asked what brought me in but was also shown such care and attention - a true testament to great customer service. I was shown the menu (displayed on the wall - large, and easy to read), while being given time to decide what I wanted - no rush.

I ended up choosing the Strawberry Pina Colada (16 oz), and it was amazing! Just positively delicious! I was not expecting it to taste as good as it did, not because I had low expectations but because the ingredients listed did not do justice to how well it came out. Pleasantly surprised for sure given how I stumbled upon it. If ever I am in the area, I will make it a point to stop by there again and try some of their other (many) smoothie flavors and other offerings - juices, teas, salads, wraps and bite size mini cheesecakes, to name a few. In the meantime, if you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you check them out.

First of all the owner is a sweetheart and her husband is a really cool guy!

I came by a few times before they were even open and she gave me a complete walkthrough from front to back and how she is going to operate everything. It was really cool to see empty spaces be filled with machines.

Right now the menu is still in the processing of developing, but based on what she told me, I cannot wait for everything to be available; might just do breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

I got to try a juice prior to opening and it was so refreshing! It was a great pick me up prior to working out. I finally got to try a smoothie once they opened and I was not disappointed at all! I got the Nutty Professor, which includes; Raspberry, Strawberry, Yogurt, Almond or Peanut Butter, Honey, Milk, your pick of regular, almond, or oat, I got Almond and Oat, it was so delicious! $8.49 w/o tax, and a very accommodating size. I loved the fact of how quick I was able to get it, and yes, they were a little busy, and the consistency of it, I like my smoothies to be like a drink, where some places make it like a yogurt and thick.

So happy this place is here! It is my new go to, and once you try it out I am sure you will...

At Zen Alive, Ms Queen T and her staff are outstanding, professional, wonderful customer service, patient, always greeting you with a BIG smile and very, very knowledgeable about the Detoxs, Smoothies etc. Everyone from the owner of Zen Alive Ms Queen T, and her staff are great. You don't get this kind of service anymore. Also, as well as her marvelous shop, her employees can be able to give the customers a brief education on the products, that are being sold at this beautiful estimatement, the healthy Detox Juices, Salads, and Wraps are unforgettable delicious.
