Terrible customer service. Manager “Ben” tries not to honor fair replacement or refund. Order sandwiches from the app to go pick up at 3pm on December 24th and upon arriving food was not ready and had to wait for it to be made. After getting food and arriving home then realized order was messed up and tried calling location 5 times and got no answer. Couldn’t do anything next day due to being closed for the holiday. Called today the 26th and the manager couldn’t find order first and then told us to call later when they’re not busy. Called later on around 7pm and spoke with him and he finally wanted to offer either refund or remake after going back and forth on the phone for 15 min. He tells me he can remake and I asked if I can get it tomorrow or if I have to come today. He says either or then I say tomorrow and tells me he doesn’t know if he’ll be working or not or may be leaving early and it’ll be convenient for HIM if I were to come tonight! I let him know that’s inconvenient for me the customer as I don’t live close, but I will try to see and will let him know if I can or not since they close soon. I then call back to let him know I won’t be able to make it but can tomorrow and he proceeds to tell me no, either I come tonight or that’s it. He tells me he already made my order and has it waiting for me.I asked why would you make it without me being there and that my food wouldn’t be fresh. He told me it’s not his problem and that he was remade it and it was up to me if I would come and get it after telling him I won’t be able too. I asked for a refund instead, to which he says “No remake tomorrow or refund”which I find outrageous and he tells me he doesn’t care! I then asked if he was the manager and he said yes and I asked is this how you treat customers? He then repeated he would not remake it tomorrow or refund and that he counted his bread for the night and will now be 3 loaves short for having made mine! He told me to call corporate and complain and he doesn’t care and then hangs up on me! Worst...
Read moreThe young Caucasian girl was rude after the young African American was rude to me. When I came in no one was there. I asked him to give me a moment to make a call. I was calling my Uber. He asked me what bread and meat I wanted so he could go ahead and get started while I was on the phone. As the person I was calling picked up the phone, the employee said what would you like on your sandwich. I turned and looked at him and I said one moment please. Then after I got off the phone, I said ok I'm ready. He ignored me. When anther older gentleman came in he asked him what could he get for him. The gentleman looked at me and said was she next (as I'm staying in front of the gentleman with no phone to me ear looking at the boy). The boy said oh you are ready now. I said I know you heard me say I was ready. As he pretended that he did hear me the girl comes from the back telling me I have been ride to the guy. If they couldn't hear me when I said I was ready, how could she hear me from the back of the store out of my sight. Liars!!! I cussed them out and left the star. I have been here several times and no problem. Just playful, but she wanted to show her little authority by lying on me. I wasn't rude which is why I said give me a moment before he took my order so I would not be on the phone while talking to him. We get dinner from her weekly for a family of 4 bit this will be my last visit for sure. Great customer service trump's convenience. Business losing money because you want to be smart. Let me be smart and keep my money in my pocket. Hope this helps with training your employees. Not all customers are right, but the truth is just treat your customers right. Read moreLiterally so rude I had been waiting in line for at least several minutes while they were chatting it up with another customer and I finally got an employee to take my sandwich order he just put my piece of bread to the side and walked away then the other employee decided to take another persons order while I had already been standing there for about 10 minutes made her sandwich even though I was waiting there longer and apparently we had the same order because they use the rest of the meat for my sandwich for her then announced there would be no more of those .... So freaking rude wasted my whole...
