I am absolutely appalled. I have spent hundreds of dollars at the waterfront marahalls and two things happened today that make me not want to come back. My boyfriend was taking our autistic 5 year old out of the cart to go to the bathroom but because of how bulky his boots were he took them off to take him out of the cart and proceeded to put them back on when an employee said "sir do you plan to pay for those shoes"? My boyfriend proceeded to tell the lady these were HIS shoes and we didn't even buy them from Marshall's they were from Sam's club and had she actually looked at them she would have seen they were covered in salt and snow. She tried backtracking saying oh she was going to scan them to see if she could mark them down but clearly was accusing him of trying to steal the shoes. What did this employee think my son came in barefoot or something in 10 degree temperatures so we could try to steal boots for him???? Second I bought shampoo last week and when I went to use it thought it was really strange that It's clear and odorless for being a Paul Mitchell product so I went to ulta and nope it's supposed to be a light brown shampoo with a floral scent. I even saw you had the same shampoo out too that was the brown color not clear like the one I bought on clearance a week ago. I'm guessing it was on clearance because it was a return and I'm sorry you should NOT be selling returns for this very reason!! Who knows what the stuff In the bottle I bought ACTUALLY is! That's a scary thought because it could have harmed...
Read moreI shop at the waterfront often and have never had an issue. My mother, daughter and I stopped at the West Mifflin store and we will never return. As we were checking out we were made to wait because an emoyee Lori, was being waited on in front of us. There were only two cashiers and the employee was given priority over everyone waiting in line. She had a cashier ringing her up and the only other cashier closed her register to go look for items, first in the back room and then she came out to looked under the register counter for her items the employer had on hold that she wanted to buy all the while looking at the people waiting in line. I called to speak with the manager Aundria?? and her reply was 'I'm sorry you had to wait but emoyees are allowed to shop here too.' I will be calling corporate on Monday and by the way we went to the waterfront Marshalls they had three cashiers with no wait very pleasant and we were to feel like we mattered. Excellent...
Read moreMarshalls consistenly have the best deals for women's shirts, exercise pants, and dresses. I would strongly recommend you check out the clearance section first, then go to the main section. I came here to look for new clothes and I found shirts and dresses for $2 to $4 in the clearance section! We are talking about new clothes here, not second hand clothes! I went to the dressng room to try on at least 20 clothing items, and the staff member there was very kind and wasn't bothered that I kept on going back to try on clothes. I also got a new pair of shoes for $16.99 (not on sale!) If you go to the clearance section there were shoes for less than $10. New shoes for less than $10! And last but not least, their hair, body and skincare products! They sell name brand and affordable products for less than $10. They also sell many nontoxic, plant-based and vegan products. I buy those products due to my sensitive skin and Marshalls allow me to get them at an...
