Locations — Attraction in Honolulu

There are many Real Estate companies in the Hawaiian (Oahu) market place. Multiply that by X amount of Real Estate Agents. Subtract all those yields very little results, whom are incompetent, or/and are self-serving. What you have left is a solid Real Estates Agent relentlessly trying hard to find just the right property to meet his client's needs. Mr. Cory Tsuda is that agent.

Cory has been my Real Estates Agent for well-over a year. He is extremely patient, optimism, and goal-focused. From the first time I met him until present, he maintains a question-answer ready posture while possesses a great deal of knowledge in the Real Estate market. His advises are well-thought out and of sound judgment. He represented Locations, LLC with high honors. He personifies trustworthiness and I am very pleased to not only calling him my agent, but also my friend.

Prior to signing with Cory (Locations, LLC), I signed with another Real Estate Agent from a completely different Real Estate company. After a few short uneventful months, I dropped the previous Real Estate Agent due to her lack of enthusiasm, ineffective performance, and overall poor commucation skills. Had I chosen to sign with yet another Real Estate Agent/company other than with Cory (Locations, LLC), I most likely would have forgone purchasing a property here in Hawaii. Purchasing a home is not always an easy notion, sometimes riddled with pitfalls and possible tumultuous experiences. Throughout the home-buying process, I was lucky to have had Cory in my corner. Here are some of the obstacles that we (Cory and I) faced through 2019-2020 together:

In 2019-2020, we physically went to well-over 50 properties throughout the island (Oahu). I religiously went to the Locations, LLC page and methodically checked each of the listed properties. Throughout the home searching process, I must have changed my search parameters at least a dozen times, to include location, $$$, etc. He was tenaciously focused to quickly find properties based on my ever-changing search parameters. Last year, I went into contract, and fell out of it the following day due to a possible last-minute PCS (military move). Since so many uncertainties were looming, I was forced to back out of the deal. After a few months had gone by, I received the final word that I would be allowed to continue serve here in Hawaii. I reengaged with Cory and we restarted searching for properties. In two separate occasions (2019 and 2020), I bid for properties only to come short in closing the deal. After all that, I wouldn't have blamed him if he'd asked for me to seek another Real Estate Agent/company. During that whole tempestuous time, Cory was always by my side. He definitely knows how to make lemonades out of a lemon-like situation. With his assistance, feedback, and advise, I was able to (finally) purchase my newly "forever home" Condo.

The Locations, LLC website is a great tool to search for a listed property. With the help of a Locations, LLC Agent (in my case Mr. Cory Tsuda), I'm sure that the next potential home buyer will successfully be the next property...

Did I mention that she was able to get my offer in and accepted in 1 day in this competitive market for a very desirable home? Now I am “stuck” with her forever, because she provides client service for life! I know I can always rely on her for any advice about my home...

I found Elizabeth by doing a search on the internet from Virginia, by searching on top agents on Oahu. She lived up to that reputation from day one that I started working with her.

I came to Oahu in January for a house hunting trip where she met me and gauged my interest in types of homes I wanted based on my budget, location and size of home, (she adjusted my expectations coming from the mainland!) and took me out to neighborhoods that met my desires and we narrowed down locations and neighborhoods over the next four days.
