Finally a convenient, reasonably priced, quick and friendly spot that I can trust for all my car needs! As a woman who knows nothing about cars I honestly always worry about people overcharging me or taking advantage of my ignorance. Not this place. To my delight I found this spot via a google search and it was right down the street from my place! I called, someone answered (simple pleasures) and helped me to set up an appointment within days. When I showed up they had a clean, air conditioned office with seating, a bathroom and a coffee machine so you can comfortably wait. As much as I hate dealing with car problems, this place made it easy, convenient, comfortable and affordable to do. They took the time to explain what my car needed and it was completely reasonable. I’ve taken my car to places that gave me an $8k estimate for a long list of things my car “needed” and then went somewhere else only to find that almost none of that needed to be done. This place is definitely one of the most honest and upfront places I’ve been to, and I say this mainly because of the staff. They were awesome. As I was waiting I noticed that every time the phone rang they made an effort to pause from what they were doing to run over and answer the phone..it’s a simple action but a large reflection of their work ethic and priorities toward their customers. With all of life’s difficulties, do yourself a favor and come here for your car needs-somewhere that makes it easy and makes you want to come back and refer all your friends and family. Thank you...

So I went here for the $89 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation(+disposal fees) will get to this later . I wanted to get my tires rotated while I waited on my new tires to ship. I can do the oil change my self but cannot do the tire rotation. They came back and after they completed the oil change and said they couldn’t rotate the tires because the tread. I just wanted the back ones rotated to front because they were in better condition. I told the gentlemen I wish he would have told me this before and I would have declined everything. This is where it gets scammy, there $89 oil change and tire rotation plus disposal fees, they don’t tell you labor is extra. Never had this issues with Jiffy Lube. That’s one issue is it comes to about $144 total not $89 plus disposal fee. I am just upset because I would have declined all work if I knew they were not going to rotate the tires. He did give me a discount which basically covered the labor fee which is never discussed on any of there advertisement . Not saying to avoid but they need to be upfront with everything before they start working on your vehicle. They should also change there advertisement as disposal...

7:15 AM Store was open for business, I was the first customer to arrive. I had a slow leak tire on my rear passenger side.

Greg was counter/customer service; hehonest and straightforward, he had no staff and could not verify when a mechanic will be in to look at my car. He gave me a four hour wait time before the beginning of service.

His demeanor was serious and straightforward, I explained my concern for an early appointment. He allowed me to call other places.

7:43 AM after calling many places, Greg then gave me a card to fill out a review of the store then immediately went to work on my car. No wait time, just took the initiative service.

7:52 AM Greg reviewed the problem with me

8:08 AM Greg completed the service.

Best place to get you service done. At the same time other customers were coming in scheduling for a later date.
