This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a floral company. I ordered a $180 dollar bouquet for an elderly friend in the hospital and paid the additional fee for an expedited delivery. When I checked to see if she received it, she said that she had not. So, I called Blossom to find out why. They said they couldn’t fulfill the order because they were out of the flowers that were needed. When I asked why I had not been contacted, especially since this was an expedited order, the agent said he didn’t know; he said I should have been but he didn’t know. I asked what Blossom was going to do to fix the situation - the agent said they could send an arrangement of equal or greater value, but wouldn’t allow me to select one from the menu on the Blossom site, because he couldn’t guarantee that they would have the flowers for it. I said I wanted something as close as possible to the original arrangement, a refund of my expedited fee and to be notified when the flowers had been delivered. The flowers didn’t come until late the following day, it was not an arrangement, more of a bunch of old flowers thrown in a basket, I was not refunded my expedited fee, and I was never called to confirm my delivery. I recommend that everyone who reads this review - NOT - spend their money on this company’s floral service. It would be much better...

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would have selected that option. Blossom Flowers failed, over a period of three days of emails, voicemails, and AI enabled customer service (which used technology developed by a ten year old) to deliver a simple bouquet to the Aulani Hotel. A bouquet that I paid for well in advance. While they offered to refund the money after multiple promises that the flowers were delivered (a fact not supported by the hotels delivery log) the fact that they failed is unexcusable and demonstrate a complete lack of customer care. the fact that there was no fulfillment required me to waste time trying to sort this out and ultimately find a new provider. Watanabe Florists came thru and delivered the flowers within three hours of order placement....

I was married in Honolulu in October 2021 and called Irene at Sweet Blossoms for my wedding bouquet with 24 hours to spare. I told her my vision of a soft, pastel colored bouquet and she created a masterpiece! In addition she provided two beautiful leis and a small orchid hairpiece for me for our ceremony AND had everything delivered to our hotel all within 24 hours! This is a very professionally run business that provides both amazing service and results....
