I would say that my main issue was a group of 8 people that is four couples each paid for an individual game which was $15 per couple. We thought that by each of us paying for a game that meant we had paid for four games however what it is is each couple paid their part for one game. Now there is a sign that says rent the lane $35 per hour $2.50 for shoe rentals and $5 per game or something like that so when we paid the $15 we were paying for our shoe rental and for one game. Later we found out more additional games would be another $4.50 per person. The sign was right there above the register but it did not only show the prices it would switch do other advertisements or events and I was with a large group of people we were celebrating and we did not notice the prices at all.In fact, I didnt see the sign until after we had already paid. The first couple to pay did try to explain what it is we were doing and that we were celebrating my birthday. The cashier did not clarify or direct us to the fluctuating price sign so that we may pay attention and realize that it would have been more cost-effective to just rent the lane for an hour. All in all we only paid for one game each which was about $15 and then because of the mix-up the manager was kind enough to let us play one more game on the house. I would just advise if you don't know anything about bowling because we didn't then be sure to ask what the best deal is when you have a large group. Because these people do not do parties they do not do reservations and they do not do explanations. I'm not saying it was a terrible place to go but out of like maybe 10 TVs or more only three of them worked and their customer service is lacking also you can buy buckets of beer and they leaked water all over our shoes. My shoes were brand-new! I know covid-19 messed up a lot of things up for a lot of people but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't improve on small things like beer buckets that don't leak water all over your customers shoes it also leaked all over the table where we had our masks so they were all soaking wet. I had a good time but it was also really crowded and so many of the chairs are broken! They really need to do some maintenance on the TVs the broken chairs and replace the beer buckets or line them w...
Read moreI've only been a couple of times since I've lived here. Last time was a couple years ago and honestly I liked it much better back then, They played country and some rock and roll and the vibe was family/suitable for young children friendly. Idk if it was because we went on a Sat night so all the younger generation had it krunk af. My girls are 2 &3 so they're learning new words every day it was hard to escape the illicit lyrics blasting through the speakers, don't get me wrong I listen to some hard core rap sometimes but not as much as I used to because the girls are at the parrot stage where they're repeating 80% of what they hear back. At first when went to the back room so the kids could ride the horse and other toys. It was fine till they turned on that speaker too, then it became uncomfortable pretty quickly along with some 14-ish yr old girls coming in acting more than inappropriate to say the least. I get it, I was your age not so long ago but now I see why I used to make women uncomfortable in the past too. Kids under 8 & really throughout our lives are very susceptible to the behaviors around us, after all that is why they call it learned behaviors. But other than that idk the owners but the workers have always been cool and Friendly. I'll try to go during the week on like a Monday- Thurs and see if it's chill before I say I won't be back because like I said the staff is great and it's the only place in...
Read moreThis place is horrible! My mother purchased gift certificates for shoes and 3 games of bowling the week of Christmas for my daughter, niece, and nephew. Went to use them today and the lady said the owner told her they were no longer accepting them. Over $50 wasted of my mom's money because the owner is a scam artist apparently. You shouldn't offer them if you dont want to take them. The horrible business. Worth your money to drive somewhere else!
Edit: it won't let me respond to your response, but yes they were purchased 12-21-2020 by my mother for $17.56. She bought 3 of them. The lady at the counter said she was told to no longer accept them. I told her they were not coupons ,but certificates that my mom paid for. She said that she can only do what she was told. We asked to speak to someone , and were told the manager was in the hospital. There was no one that was available to help us. We were choosing to use this today because it was my daughter's birthday and she loves going there to bowl. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so because of the situation. We took our...
