Special thanks to Brittney for her exceptional service during our visit to IHOP in Hot Springs, Arkansas. From the moment we entered the restaurant until the moment we left, we were treated with utmost care and attention.
The T-Bone Steak & Eggs at IHOP in Hot Springs was truly a treat for the taste buds. The dish consisted of a succulent T-bone steak cooked to perfection, accompanied by a generous portion of fluffy scrambled eggs, and served with a side of golden hash browns. The presentation of the dish was impressive, with the steak beautifully seared and the eggs perfectly scrambled.
The T-bone steak was cooked exactly as we had requested, with a juicy and tender texture that was simply mouthwatering. The steak was seasoned impeccably, enhancing its natural flavors without overpowering them. Each bite was a symphony of savory goodness, and the meat practically melted in our mouths. It was evident that IHOP takes great pride in their steak preparation, as it was undoubtedly one of the best we have ever had.
The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy, providing a delightful contrast to the hearty steak. They were cooked to perfection, retaining their moisture and avoiding any rubbery texture. The eggs were seasoned well, adding a touch of saltiness that complemented the flavors of the steak. Paired with the crispy and golden hash browns, the combination was a harmonious medley of textures and flavors that left us feeling fully satisfied.
Moreover, the portion size of the T-Bone Steak & Eggs was generous, ensuring that we had a hearty and fulfilling meal. The attentive staff, including Brittney, ensured that our dining experience was seamless. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our visit.

Read moreWhat can you say about IHOP? The only time I eat at IHOP is if I am drunk and partying and they're the only place open or their competitor. The other time that I eat IHOP is when I am working at my office late and I do mean late and that's what I'll write a review about. Due to the nature of owning and working your own business there are at times when I am forced to stay all night at my office traditional food is closed and I hop is the next best choice. So after I finished all my work I order from IHOP for carryout. Take it to my zero gravity chair and enjoy while watching TV just before taking a short nap and starting the next day. My last three visits for this purpose or perfect. Staff was nice food was cooked quickly and adequately. I used to go there late when I was a student and study and drink coffee and eat flapjacks. We do have a very clean IHOP for an IHOP. It's in the heart of Central Avenue and the center of town ironically that is literally just across Central Avenue from where I work. The staff was a little pushy about me paying first instead of when I got my food I guess it was somebody new that didn't understand that I was good for it even if it was 10 days later but either way they made sure that I had everything I needed and never left anything out it was simple flapjacks with a side of ham and two eggs sunny-side up. It's pretty hard to screw that up and so they didn't can't comment on the local staff as you sit down as I haven't done that in a very long time at least 5 years. But their carryout is perfect. I'm not sure if four stars is too much or if it is just right they are not a five-star cuisine or a 5-star review but they did their job and they did their job well it's hard to ask for much more than that and in my opinion that's a minimum three star review and so I would also call that a four...
Read moreI have been here before, few times and never an issue til today we met our server Evan L. #226 on IHope Store 1994. First playing the languish game "I don't understand" a few times but when it was time to order dessert in Spanish, that is how is written on the menu he had his payback, my turn to play the languish game, and he said the dessert I wanted in Spanish I played the "no comprende"...his face and expresion changed....it was priceless. Then he took our order and two new customers seated and food served then our order came with my "Rib eye steak" basically uncooked, and hard to cut even with beef knife, eggs sunny side up undercooked and pankaces with a funny taste right around the butter is on top. I said he got me back but I put the beef and pancakes centers aside, I ate the pancakes edges and the eggs yolk but not the liquid white been undercooked. I had my last laugh when I called the manager and showed her all what happened and could see her face that she was truly embarrased. Low quality beef, salty food, under cooked eggs, under cooked beef was my experience but ate from my mother plate and wife and was stomachfull, IHope Restaurant lost revenue and money today with my order wich ended up been free of charge and the most Important of all lost Revenue and more money cause this location lost 3 customers, a usually $60 dollar every weekend. I rather drive to Little Rock and go to DENNIS and not IHope. Lost completely confidence on this location...Latinos and Hispanic costumers be aware of...
