I visited your restaurant on 11/16/24 at 8:47pm and ordered two Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwiches.
I can’t remember the last time I have eaten at a Chic-Fil-A. I usually get my spicy chicken sandwiches at Wendy’s because I can add onions and they put the mayo on the sandwich for me. My main reason it has been so long is that you put food in the box and it sits on the heat chute and it is not old until it’s sold.
I knew that so I guess call me a glutton for punishment
I went to Wendy’s first but they were too busy pre closing and did not even acknowledge me standing at the register so I left
I got home maybe 2 minutes away and the chicken patty was old and cold.
I called to speak with the manager and she said she could not refund me my money but could re make my sandwiches so I made a second trip.
They handed me the bag and it was pouches and not boxes, I didn’t think to look in the pouches.
There were just two pickles on the sandwich and not Deluxe that I paid for
The manager was pulling the registers and did not even make eye contact or look at me or in my direction but said the kitchen manager said the product was within hold times so I don’t know why your sandwich was cold. They was no apology or any form of expression of me being inconvenienced.
I call the restaurant at 9:25 twice to inform them but they let it go to voicemail both times so I left a message with my name and number
At first I started to go back because it is said the third time is the charm but I had already wasted my time and energy
There were at least 12 or 13 people working so you would think someone would notice old food in the heat chute
The staff was friendly and said my pleasure and God bless me but all I really wanted was a hot chicken sandwich and I didn’t mind waiting.
I will see if they care enough to respond
They may say my pleasure but I left my name and number and no one cared enough to call me so I get it is not my pleasure it just s good riddance
I knew better than to go call me a glutton for punishment
They owe me 2 slices lettuce...
Read moreWe come here way more often than I'd like to admit, but although they just reopened we've been here numerous times already. We go inside every time and I relax while the kids play in the playground. Everyone has been very kind & helpful but there is 4 employees specifically that we encounter just about every time that deserve serious recognition! Stone & Jack are both so helpful out on the floor. From making sure we have everything we need, making sure everything is cleaned to perfection, staying on top of refills, napkins etc for us...to being such a delight to encounter because they are so friendly! They both provide OUTSTANDING customer service! At the counter, Matthew B. & Jordan really go the extra mile every single time to provide BEYOND exceptional customer service. Everyone is friendly, but these 2 are such a delight that we get excited when we see that one of them will be the one helping us that day. They are so friendly, sooo patient with my family who can never make our minds up when ordering, very helpful & all while being professional. They also always get is what we need quickly & with a genuine smile. When choosing which place we want to eat at, these 4 employees definitely play a major role in keeping us coming back to chickfila each time and also coming inside (which we typically dont do at other places) and to be honest...coming inside always results in us spending more money because we end up going for ice cream & brownies at the end which we wouldn't have done in the drive thru. So their dedication to great customer service does result in sales increases for the company. That's what you call valuable employees! Please let these 4 know how much we...
Read moreBy far one of the best Chic-fil-A establishments. They exceed expectations in all categories. Their service is unmatched and the food is always delicious. I visit the Hot Springs area quite often during the year and normally reside in a small town about 1.5-2 hours away. So having a Chic-fil-A meal is a real treat. I make stops here for family on our way home or for my clinic staff for breakfast. I work in a family medicine setting in a very rural and underserved area. This pandemic and changes in our clinic setting has been hard to say the least. This morning I brought my clinic staff Chicken Minis and you would have thought they won the lottery. Thank you, Chick-fil-A in Hot Springs for making the day of the hardest working and most dedicated team I could ask for. A special thank you as well to Spencer. He has served me on more than one occasion and is always so charismatic, kind, and polite. I always look forward to seeing him as his infectious personality makes my week. Keep up...
