I am totally amazed at Hot Springs’ newest and finest fine jewelry establishment. I have been a customer of Shannon for at lest 20 years. She has been instrumental in the design of many of my favorite pieces. Her knowledge of fine jewelry is immense. However, the characteristic that I truly admire is Shannon’s integrity and honesty. After another local jewelry store looked at my ring for less than 5 minutes, I was told that it was fake and they wouldn’t work on it. Shannon’s Jewelry store was recommended and they did phenomenal!! My ring was resized and cleaned to perfection. It was an amazing experience dealing with the staff at Shannon's Jewelers, Shannon is very knowledgeable and takes time to make an enjoyable experience and has a professional staff, that are also knowledgeable and very helpful.
