Village Square of Hot Springs — Attraction in Hot Springs

I’ve been living here for 3 years now, I moved from a one bedroom to a three bedroom about a month ago and they’ve made the process very annoying. We moved into a roach infested apartment and when we told the lady at the office she basically asked me how much I care about living with roaches? Who wants to live with bugs…… they did do a bombing for us but as bad as it is they should be sending an exterminator every other week, at least. They clearly do not care. Other apartments around us most likely have them as well if they are coming back immediately. As well as a few broken cabinets, broken dishwasher, carpet torn up, dryer put in backwards, all the sinks leaking…. This is what we moved into. The parking here has been an issue since I’ve lived here. If you care about visitors parking in the correct spot so much ASSIGN PARKING TO APARTMENTS. Why should residents have to park two buildings away from...

I have lived here for a little over 4 yrs. It's a Nice place to live and in a good location for shopping and getting to town quick. They are working hard to upgrade all the apt. to provide a nicer living environment for us all. The area is kept pretty clean and the maintenance team works hard to fix problems fast. The office staff works hard to answer all questions and get things taken care of for all of us here in Village Square. We have many good friendly people that live here that make you feel welcome.

On a side note, The area is now wired for AT&T fiber internet so you can get great internet service from AT&T for all your streaming and gaming needs. It's super fast. Just my...

My family and I lived here for a little over 6 years and I have nothing but good things to say about Village Square.

The management is kind, professional, and efficient. The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and timely.

Having access to the lake for fishing and the scenery is a wonderful ballance to the proximity to town which has its own obvious benefits.

The complex is family friendly with large, well kept, grassy areas that are safe for kids to play in. There are several law enforcement officers who live on site as well.

You will not find better apartments anywhere else in or near...
