I requested a quote online and because more information was needed from me to get an accurate quote, I was sent an email which gave me the name and phone number of Ms. Maria Romero. Ms. Romero was professional, polite, articulate and knowledgeable. She asked me some questions, answered my questions and was able to give me a quote within minutes. My 9 yr. old son (Blocky the Blockman/Minecraft enthusiast...his gamer tag is attached to my email so I can monitor him) had just tested positive for covid-19. I’ve been a loyal customer of State Farm for over a decade now and I’ve had nothing, but a pleasant experience the entire time. Charles Butler has been my State Farm agent since the beginning and he’s taken excellent care of me. There’s never a time I call that he doesn’t answer, return my call or resolve whatever issue I’m having at the moment. He is extremely patient with me, very professional and knowledgeable, thorough and detailed-oriented, and his follow-up and follow-through definitely do not go unnoticed. Each time, he presents me with alternate solutions or may offer advice based on his previous experience, just so that I’m able to weigh my options in their entirety.
