If I could give zero stars, I would. There is a reason they have a 2.7 average. My mother and father in law (who are BOTH FLORISTS) sent me an arrangement for my birthday. When I received it, I sent them a photo to let them know the flowers had been delivered. That is when I found out that the flowers I was actually sent were not even close to what was ordered or paid for. They had ordered a larger, more expensive arrangement as they are very generous and what I got was a small, cheap arrangement that ONE DAY LATER is already wilting with petals falling off as you can see in the photo. My father in law called and they did agree to replace the flowers, but I have now been waiting for two days for them to do so. When I spoke with an employee yesterday, they refused to deliver the flowers to my office, which is one block from my home. Then, I was promised delivery this morning and at 11:50am had not heard from them. When I called the owner she blamed her designer for the arrangement and told me they absolutely could not issue a refund even though it is now two days past my birthday and I will be going out of town and not able to actually enjoy the flowers if they ever get here. Read moreEvery Rose had its thorn and this is one Florist I wouldn't pick. I'm completely disappointed in Blue Bonnet Florist. I was sent a beautiful arrangement for my birthday. Upon delivery, which was a Saturday, I wasn't home to accept them so the delivery took place Monday. I was promised fresh flowers in the arrangement. Fast forward to Thursday, I called the the Florist to see what can be done about my arrangement as flowers were already dying. The Florist said they could deliver replacement flowers (stems not bouquet) as it was within the 7 days of freshness guarantee.
Since it was Christmas weekend I let the Florist know I was leaving town but would be back Monday. I've sent an email to follow up and contacted USAA; however Blue Bonnet told USAA that "since it was after the seven days they wouldn't replace the flowers or arrangement." I've yet to receive a reply from the Florist to my emails.

After 3 day one florist said they had delivered the flowers. Unfortunately they had not. When I finally got in contact with them they acted like I had a problem. I had to call my credit card to stop the transaction. I was lucky 🍀 enough to find Bluebonnet and it has been a very good experience. I have ordered flowers from them 5 times and each time the flowers have been beautiful. I usually know what I want and with some people it’s very hard to explain. The lady who answers the phone which I have spoke with all 5 times is fantastic. She always knows what I am talking about. I find her very knowledgeable and she is never in a hurry.
