They keep all the stolen items in the back and then act as if they don’t know what you’re talking about as signal is literally going off from my phone in front of them. Staff knows exactly who they are buying from and what to put on the shelves and what not to. Stay far away from this place for your own safety.

Update: EZ pawn turned on my headphones in the store and it notified my “find my iPhone app.” I called the store and spoke with the manager and asked if they had that make and model headphone. He confirmed, but when I said they were mine he backpedaled and said he actually didn’t have them. Surprise surprise, HPD went and picked up a few of my stolen items that had not been sold off yet. I had put something on layaway and then I go to make my payment and they said that they accidentally sold it. Then on my second visit I had pawned some jewelry from my late father that passed and after months and months of paying my monthly payments. I miss a payment by a day due to being in the hospital and they pull my item. Even tho I'm a valued customer. And then I try to reinstate it and they said my item has been sold. I literally was late a day. After all the months of interest I been paying. It's ridiculous. Them items had a sentimental value and were left to me by my father 🫤. I called this location to make sure they took Apple Watches. I told them the EXACT watch that I had and I was told YES we accept them. I took a bus and walked to get to this location only for them to tell me that they DID NOT accept this watch. It was an older Hispanic lady and a semi-young blk female. There was supposed to be someone in the back that never came out. There was supposed only thing they could say is “ we don’t accept this watch” I can understand that. But if you are not sure what yall accept, don’t just say “yes” to get the person to com into the store. I wasted time and bus fare on a blank trip. Get more knowledgeable people to work in the store.
