Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

I do DoorDash Door. as soon as I drove up to the intercom, a young lady tells me that I have to tell my customer to cancel my order because they didn’t have anything to sell. I get to the window and the young lady screams at me and tells me what I want. I told her is she OK what’s the problem so I told her to call her manager the manager said. What happened? I told her that that young lady had an attitude is on the window and slammed the window in my face !!!!and she said it’s OK because she does it all the time she tries to tell the boss over her but they don’t listen to her and they don’t tell her anything so I can report it if I want to. I think the managers name is Ashley on the other one I forgot her name I didn’t get paid for my DoorDash and this is very sad because I work to make a living and to have unprofessional people at places like Popeyes really upsets me. I want corporate to get back in touch with me please someone Get back with me. It looks like all these food places have bad people and don’t want to do their jobs someone from corporate. Not so good Popeyes to go to. There is always an issue there and you usually get delayed because the employees aren't properly trained to be... well, prepared. My experience there has always been waiting 10-15mins for the next batch of chicken to be ready. Two weeks ago they had an issue with giving a receipt of your order, which to me by the way is horrendous! They got my order wrong every time! They gave me a large fries and that was it, when in reality was a 6pc chicken. That was 2 weeks ago. Last week they still had this "We can't print out receipts" issue and got my order wrong again. The manager looks like he doesn't care and the workers play too much. The ones who were there were talking Spanish and cursed at each other in front of me, either they thought I didn't understand or simply didn't care. Very unprofessional while i waited for 15mins for the food to be ready. I might switch sides to Church's....

This location SUCKS

My husband and I roll up at 10:30pm, website says closed at 11:00pm. No one answers us, we drive to the window and theres three ladys standing around blowing chewing gum, two in brown shirts one in a green shirt.

My husband knocks on the window and the lady in green shakes her head no with waving her hands "no".

We still havebt left because Popeyes isnt closed yet. The lady on green walks up to the window, doesnt open the wondow, flashes a paper in the window. My husband points to the time on the paper and says yal are open until 11:00pm and she still didnt open the window.

They just wanted to shut down 30 minutes early to go home.

I get it yal are tired late at night, but a job is a job. If you dont like working late DONT WORK NIGHT SHIFTS.

MY GOD, MY HUSBAND IS A WAITER, HE WORKS HIS BUTT OFF FROM WHEN IT OPENS TO WHEN IT CLOSE AND STILL STAYS TO CLEAN UP!!!
