Me and my family have been going to this place for around a year or two but our recent visits, the customer service hasn’t been good. One time me and my mom had orders our drinks, we were waiting for around 30 minutes and people who got there after us received their orders before us and we were confused. We went up to ask them and they had completely forgot about our order. I understand it was a busy day but that isn’t an excuse. When you work at a place where you are serving customers, time management and organization is a key skill you must use. If we never went to ask, we would’ve been waiting for even longer. Again, today we went to get some drinks. It was a bit more than an hour before closing when we walked in. As soon as we get to the counter, the employees were talking about something and the one attending us had fake coughed and the other employee had said “it’s okay it’s just two more”. Given the context, I’m sure they were just in a rush to get home and didn’t want to serve anymore but that doesn’t excuse their attitude. We had ordered our drinks with boba which I had clearly said to him but when we got our drinks, they didn’t have any. My mom and I went back inside to ask them and they gave us even more attitude. We had clearly asked for boba and the girl said “he asked if you wanted any toppings and you said no” and I told her that I said everything that we wanted and that when he asked if we wanted anything else I had said no to that. He charged us for it but we never got the receipt. Then she said that we had to pay for it so we went ahead and paid for it since it was a few bucks. I thought she was going to add the boba into our drinks since mine had a removable top and my mom’s drink had the wrapper cover but she could’ve took it off and replaced it since they have a whole machine for that but no. She proceeded to give us boba in a cup. Just a cup. What am I supposed to do with a cup of boba when she could’ve added it herself instead? Maybe if they actually paying attention when serving customers, incidents like this wouldn’t occur. If you don’t like your job or you’re lazy to do what you signed up for then maybe you shouldn’t work at all. This is why many jobs look down on younger employees due to incompetent people who make it look bad for the rest of us. This will be the last time we will be...
Read moreI would not recommend this place especially with the prices just for 3 people. I ordered a muddy boba tea along with the c4 combo. The tea was good but they got the topping wrong and when brought to their attention they argued that they heard leechee even though my mom heard me specifically say coffee jelly. And they didn't want to give me a new drink so instead they just added the coffee jelly with the leechee jelly. He probably couldn't hear me because he had a headphone in while taking my order. Then I asked for buffalo wings. We also ordered popcorn chicken and 2 other teas, the food took 20 minutes or more to be ready. All I saw was the employees sitting and eating on their phones doing absolutely nothing. And then when our food came out they sauced it with teriyaki instead of Buffalo sauce and again after bringing it to their attention they snatched it and said it'd take a while to make them again. So again we waited 25 minutes for the food to be out, they had overcooked the wings, and the fries were so hard that they crumbled when bitten into. They had also barely sauced the wings, I guess they were mad because they got both my orders wrong. And I don't understand why they don't bread the chicken like normal instead they breaded it with turmeric which is a strong seasoning with no choice. My little sister who's a picky eater and autistic couldn't eat her popcorn chicken due to that. The only thing I really liked was the games connected to the wall and the games...

As I walk through the door, Everyone stood up to greet me. They truly appreciate the constant support of the establishment. Definitely has not dissatisfied me yet. I always look forward to trying something new and waiting on new they will impress me. Please take a look at all the photos to see how delicious the food is!
