Jewelry Plaza — Local services in Houston

The name of the establishment reads "jewelry plaza" but it was actually Fiesta. Again, I went there for a set of king size pillows. I had called twice before I got there and I asked the person that answered the phone if they sold king size pillows. She put Me on hold. I was on hold for approx 15-18 mins that 1st time & then I called back again much later and was on hold about 25 mins. By now I'm in Fiesta. I showed My phone to the manager reflecting how long I'd been holding. Why did it take that long for anybody to look & see if they had the king size pillows. Still No 1came back to the line, Never! The Manager apologized and pointed to the area the pillows were. When I went to that area there was not 1 pillow over there of any description, not a throw pillow, not a king size pillow, not a decorative pillow, NO PILLOWS!!! Amazing...

The store staff is amazing help been coming for the past 30 years now I come may be once or twice out of the month when I us to come every day and also pick up my breakfast but i don't come as much as I use to Amy more because the manager is rude at the deli it's not like she is giving me anything free I pay for my food if it's not for the customer she would not have a job and we are paying customers the rest of the young ladies are so nice they say good morning have a beautiful day . It's sad that someone like that and being management I work with customers all day and I never make them feel bad. I now go somewhere else and that IAM very close to here less than 2...

I do not go to this field several hours and I live in this neighborhood but I'd rather not shop the neighborhood it is over price and the security guard is very nosy they always looking at what you doing I think you are about to steal anything I am a security guard myself I do not have time for taking anything out of the store I do not need to be watched when I am shopping it makes me feel very uncomfortable when I'm shopping at this fiesta please please please please please please do not stop in his feet after because these people are too they think everybody...
