As far as Pizza goes, you pay for what you get! Not the greatest of flavor in their pizza, but they do offer an assorted variety on their Buffet Line. They have a good selection of vegetables on their Salad Bar. Nice to see employees maintaining the cleanliness of the full buffet line. As for the Pasta & Soup Bar, again, you pay for what you get. Too bland for my taste. I did however, try their new Jalapeño Poppers. I have to say... Not bad at all! Rather good. Really Good. Spicy Hot, just like a real Jalapeño Popper is supposed to be. They could stand for a little more cheese, as its lost due to the abundance of Jalapeños. As for the portion size... For $ 3.99, you get more for your "Bang for the Buck!" See attached photo. And that was only half of the order; I had already ate the other half. Definitely well worth the price. As for the Desert Bar, they were trying! The only had the Brownies, but not to long after, out came the Cinnamon Rolls. With all the Kids (Adults too), it was hard for them to keep up with the Desert Bar. I don't blame them. Sunday being a Family Day, place was quite busy. Staff fir the most part, were on top of everything. They even had a Clown in house making balloon pets, sword, hats, etc. Kids had a blast. Overall not to bad. At $ 6.99 for the Buffet, could use a bit of seasonings and have a few other varieties of pizza out on the line.

This place lost the good customer service it use to have. You have to keep asking for pizzas to be made. They love making those plain cheese pizzas but the ones with the meat they don't make unless you ask them. It use to be a variety of pizzas to the point you could have buffalo chicken parmasean mushroom sausage pepperoni pepper pizza ...not anymore. Your lucky to get 3 meats on the pizza. And the manager had a saucy little attitude telling me not to get mad ...yes I will get mad because it cost to eat out . It wasn't free and when I say I want a pizza made instead of standing around maybe just make it or tell someone to make it . Over all the service wasn't great. The pizza was good once we waited for them to make some. But it was crammed in there with people . They didn't have any rootbeer in the fountain drink machine. I don't like this location.

October 1st, 2023 : Do not waste your time and money! This location is TERRIBLE, lack of management, awfully poor services, the pizzas are undercooked with no sauce, the salads have brown spots. A worker (male) was ready to go against a customer (female) because apparently she brought her own Crystal light to mix in her water? Shameful to see or even witness such a awful scene in front of children and families, It was unprofessional and uncalled for , especially in a family environment.. DO NOT COME HERE WITH YOUR CHILDREN! **HERE ARE THE THREE STOOGES , the unexperience, a child hater , and the woman beater.

The new manager Juan is a absolutely unprofessional. The store is a big mess and he isn't serving the customers the way they trained them to. He was rude to a disabled customer and lied to them saying he couldn't make the cinnamon rolls they way we ordered . Which is not their policy. Most of the workers are unable to speak English which makes it impossible to have a good experience when trying to order my food. I took 3 people to understand basic English 3 combos and 3 drinks they acted like it was Chinese arithmetic. I am disappointed at the scale of decay this location has gone through in just a short period of time. I completely explained to this guy manager named Juan that I was going to do a review about his poor behavior and he blatantly didn't care . He unprofessionally shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. I'm not sure who trained this guy but he has shoulder length hair and NO HAIR NET. Its disgusting seeing all that hair near the pizza. And everything would not have transpired the way it has but he didn't want to do his job. Customer service should be at the top of the importance level but they don't even care. It was first with the short girl who took the order and said the coupon never existed about the 4.99 buffet and when we pulled it up on the app she said the manager JUAN would not honor it. So we paid $39 for 3 buffets and the buffets were NOT WORTH IT. We couldn't have the pizza we wanted PER JUAN saying that he was told not to give us the toppings we asked for. Then he was over the top rude about it. I don't have time to play with kids I want him demoted to janitor or fired . He don't deserve to be calling himself a manager if he can't even please the customers. I'm very mad about how it went because YESTERDAY we came here and got exactly what we wanted which HE didn't buy the ingredients but acted as if it was coming out of his check. I don't suggest coming here because JUAN is such a terrible manager and they don't make the pizzas you want. They make the pizza he wants you to have and that's not what we paid for. I'm highly disappointed and really want a refund because the experience was not...

The pizza was not even hungry did not have a plate did not eat more than a pizza. When I’m telling you, they only tasted it that was it we was chilling out and the Manager accuse him of eating and made us feel very uncomfortable to the point that me and my friend who did pay the $10 to eat had to leave I will be taking this to corporate, and I will take this to a higher level they threatened to call the police and was forcing him to pay 10 dollars I knew it was all my fault for even wanting to go to just a low establish because this was the end result, it’s basically like they took our $20 for free but as now as I’m reading the comments, me and my other friends our Hispanic, but my other friend is not, and they treated him with the lowest respect very racist if you’re not African-American or Hispanic, you’re not allowed to go here we are filing a lawsuit against them for being racist against whites jokes on them they have no idea who we are and how big and known we...
