Took my brother in law to catch the 12:03am bus to Brownsville & the bus NEVER STOPPED! We were there 20 mins before the bus was scheduled to arrive & parked at the gas pump at the farthest corner so we could see when the bus came but it NEVER DID! Now just being told by customer service that it did come & basically being called a liar. And there wasnât just one or two people, there was 3 of us in the vehicle. So I guess all 3 of us are liars! No I donât think so! Waiting to talk with a supervisor now but I seriously doubt these people will do a damn thing. Thereâs no concern for the customer anymore. Itâs all about greed & these companies that make millions of dollars a year donât give a damn about the customer or even trying to make it right. U can miss a bus at no fault of ur own & uâll still have to pay for another ticket! I wouldâve given this zero stars if it were an option! Donât use this stop!
*UPDATE UPDATE * I was completely wrong. I will admit that. At first the customer service gal didnât sound like she wanted to transfer me to a supervisor & I kept getting told that they were on another call but I kept saying Iâd wait. After about 45-50 mins the gal came back on & said she could rebook the trip for today at no additional cost. Thatâs all we wanted. Nothing more nothing less.    Read moreTbh my bus was more than 3 hrs late so i was highly inclined to give you just one star. Also the bus stop was poorly maintained as per the cleanliness went. The drinking water dispenser has algae all around it. The trash was full and had not been emptied. Also smelled pretty bad BUT the reason I gave 4 stars was for the act of kindness a lady security guard did to an old homeless man. Her kind gesture just won my heart. She brought some sandwiches and coffee to the man. She also knew how many sugars he liked in his coffee. At one point the old man couldn't open the sugar sachet and again she was kind enough to help him with that. It just melted my heart to see such a warm gesture. Such gestures are the times when we have our faith in humanity restored. If that is the working ethic at the stop then yes you definitely deserve a 5 star. Hope you keep up the...

Surprise greyhound customer service representative stayed I can't change the destination. I don't mind paying extra to change the destination on my bus ticket. But I was told no you can't do this. I just wasted my money again purchasing a ticket here. Worst company refund policies and worst customer service. They have 0 options for the customer except to change the date on your ticket and you have to pay an extra $20.
