I order custom shirts for my wedding I was told the shirt would be in end of month that’s in November.The shirt was not available until December 7,2020 so I come to pick up the shirts came in all stained up 7 shirts messed up.The wife going to tell me what stain i show her multiple stain on all the shirts. Not to mention when I came in and asked for Ali he’s not in on Monday so I tell the lady I’m here to pickup shirts she walks to the back I thought she was about to bring me the shirts I see her doing something odd.Some told me to walk to the back low and behold she was trying to iron the wet spots dry on the shirt she was trying to clean. When I get to her she replied oh I’m just ironing your shirt me in my head like for what. I tell her I’m going to check all the shirts she walks off me no problem. All shirts was stained now these shirts was custom made for my wedding which is 5 days from now she didn’t want to refund me my money I had to call the police which they never came the first time. So now I told her I will just take the 4 white shirts which totaled $100 we put a deposit down for $100 so I told her the deposit covers the price of the shirts she tried to add $25 more dollars on to the tab I explain to her that I discussed the price with Ali via text message and I have the text to prove it . Fast forward so she decide she will honor the $100 even so I pulled out my custom order receipt she tells me she need that receipt I’m like this is for my records I’m not giving you my custom ordered receipt.I said I will take a picture of the receipt this lady tried to snatch the receipt out of my hand not once but twice I jerk my hand back both time now she decided that she’s not going to give me my shirts she takes it to the back and refused to give me the shirts that I paid for. So I called the police again but this time for theft I told the dispatcher that I want to press charges on her for theft after I explained everything to the dispatcher she told me she was sending a unit out. She must have realized after hearing my conversation with 911 that I wanted to press charges for theft maybe 10/15 minutes may have passed she come and tell me ok I can discount the stained shirts she even offered to give money on dry cleaning. Keep in mind my wedding is Saturday we leave Thursday @ 6 am for our flight my wedding is in Mexico. So no I don’t have time to try and get last minute cleaning done so I declined her offer I was so frustrated and exhausted from this. Since they refused to give me my refund back and after waiting on the police to no avail and the fact that I still had to do my final dress fitting I was over this I gave her the receipt she so desperately wanted and i took the shirts and left. Not one time did I curse, yelled, clown, nor disrespect this lady or the company I kept cool while she talked about me to a male work. I also have pictures and text messages as proof if anyone who will be purchasing or considering this company write a reply asking for the picture I will be more than happy to supply you with a copy. Also I contacted Ali via text about the shirts my fiancé did as well he never responded back to either of us but the lady called and texted him right in front of me and he answered. This is unacceptable on so many levels as a company you are supplying a service to the customer to provide them with quality none damage or defected items you should take care of your customer and treat them with dignity and respect because they are spending money at your store.I want everyone to know about my experience I pray people stop shopping at this store or they lose so much business they have to close down. I’m going to have all my family and friends repost my review on all social media platforms along with the name and location of the company weekly so I can get the message out there about this store.They show me that they did value me as a customer nor did they care that they ruined my wedding the shirts matched the Groom now I have to find shirts on...

If you are in need of traditional indian clothing don't look anywhere else. After going all the way to Dallas to buy traditional indian clothing for my daughters best friends wedding (my 2nd daughter) and paying an arm and a leg I still needed two outfits and needed plus size. When I went in being an African American woman I felt like I was going to be judged as if I was waisting someone's time. The owners treated my husband and I so kindly. They helped us with the lenghas that I was looking for and my husband's kurta. They match our colors, made sure we had accessories as well. As if this wasn't enough my husband's alterations would not have been done for us to pick up until after the event so they did the alterations and made it possible so my husband got it after 11:00 when the store closed. I feel so blessed to have met these wonderful people who care about customer satisfaction. If I could give a 10 star I will. I will continue to do business here because not only do they have beautiful traditional indian clothing but gorgeous clothing in general. All the staff members are Extremely helpful and very friendly. Not only do they have excellent collection at great price but they also helped us with making custom outfits. They are a one stop shopping family ( Alibhai and Naseemben) owned business where you can find outfits from daily wear, party wear to formal wedding outfits for your entire family for all age group including accessories, gift items, matching shoes and even onsite alterations by BanuAppa for a very reasonable price. They are very patient and pay attention to your needs. We did most of the shopping from Rose boutique for all our family members for my daughter's wedding last month. Everyone were impressed with all the outfits and we enjoyed wearing them as well. We were treated like family members and we definitely have build a close relationship and trust with them. This will be my first stop to shop for all our future needs.
