My co-worker ordered pizza and it was delivered late, cold, and arrived with no pizza inside the box * big box ( personal pan with boneless wings). Placed the order online and it arrived late . We called the number online for the store location and kept getting the call center . Finally got through and Spoke with the manager Yudi or Judy ( not sure). I would like to say the best part of this experience was the GM . So I want her bosses to know she is doing an excellent job ! She apologized and offered to make thing right. She understood that regardless what a customer ordered they should receive the highest in quality in food and service for what they paid for on their had earned money. She said they are now forced to use Door Dash and have had complaints only go up in bad delivery times and items "missing" . She said she has only been running the store for 2 months but I will say she was on top of this issue and corrected it . Went above and beyond . Pizza hut / owners of this location , please go back to using in store/staff Delivery Drivers . We have ordered for years and only once before have had an issue . When the second pizza was sent ,the Door Dash driver for got the drink . I did not step in the store in person so I cannot comment in the atmosphere . Until they switch back to Delivery drivers and not Door Dash I will not be ordering online...
Read moreI ordered a pizza while staying at the Springs Hill Suites. I waited for over 2 hours. I called after the first hour and they said the driver had just left. We waited patiently because we were on vacation and didn't have transportation. I called a second time. The driver showed up two hours and later and blamed the person making the order. He said, " I told them not to put it on the side!" " But it's still hot!" I asked to check it. It was cold and stale. He said I could have it for $10. The original order was for $13. I refused to take it! I called the store where I placed the order and she said I could have $2 off my next order. Wow! Really?! I'm ordering from a hotel?! You think I'll be here to order again?! No thank you! I let the front desk know that they should not be recommending this particular store for their patrons to order from! I am disappointed in your lack of customer service. That girl that took my order didn't even apologize, wow, what a service they give! So today I wanted to use that credit towards my purchase and Abigail didn't find anything on the system. She just said"you don't have any credit" I argued that I did and told her my situation and she didn't even care what I said, she just said"nothing shows in the system". What kind of training did she get?! That's not how you try to take care of the customer. Plus she was being rude.
