La Monarca Michoacana 10 — Restaurant in Houston

My family and I were running around doing errands. We were leaving Academy and saw Little Ceasars Pizza and decided to get a cheese pizza for us and our kids. Cheese pizza takes 10 minutes, so we waited in the parking lot. I seen the ice cream shop and decided to take a look. The menu was great, they had so many options of food, drinks and ice cream of mexican style the way we like. The pricing was great as well, im a frugal shopper and the prices were perfect for the quality of service and items. The establishment was very clean and welcoming. Came here an hour before closing and sat at the only available table. A employee (Casey) came and rudely yelled at me and my family that we were not allowed to sit at the table because it was already cleaned… numerous people noticed the rude treatment and offered up their extra chairs to help seat us. We had already paid and even tipped for our desserts and it was very disheartening to be yelled at and humiliated in public like that. If you no longer wish to have people in your establishment then do not serve them and close down. But like I said they still had a whole hour before closing and it would’ve taken us but 20 min to finish...

The place is located next to Little Ceasars Pizza right behind the mambos. It's been a hot summer and they have good refreshments. Their customer service has to improve some by at least acknowledging people as they walk in but that can be overlooked by getting a great prepped treat that took some know how to make.
