never have a problem at all, always like the pizza, but the last pizza we bought, a supreme, when I went to get it, the attendant had plastic gloves on as if he was the person making the pizza's and when he opened the window to talk to me, he held his hand on the window frame while he talked to me, I noticed as I looked at his glove that his gloves appeared to be used in making pizza, yet he was touching everything as if he had no gloves on at all.... that day all I had to eat was that pizza for both lunch and dinner and then that night I had food poisoning, I had incredible cramps and the runs for 2 days until it FINALLY subsided, I'm not sure of the standards that are needed to be kept when working with food prep at the same time one is working the front counter, but all I can say is that the glove I looked at keeps coming back to me as perhaps being the filthy plastic glove that he had on to make MY pizza, after he touched who knows what??? and it was perhaps him with his filthy plastic glove I might have an idea of how I got food poisoning. kind of disgusting, but they should take off their gloves and work the window and a cash register and food prep people should STAY IN THE BACK AND NOT TOUCH ANYTHING before you make a pizza with clean gloves..... you really should keep cleaner standards than what I saw.... might try a different location...

The problem though, there is nowhere online to specify special instructions and you have to pay upfront. Given that this order was for a school and eligible for tax deduction, I asked in store if they would be able to honor it. I was told since I had paid online already they would not, so I asked if they could just void the transaction and run it again in store with the tax deductible code from the school. The manager kept trying to make it seem like there was no way to do this and it was clear in her demeanor she did not want to help me. Despite this, she eventually called her supervisor who would supposedly call to refund me the tax on the order. Itâs been well over a week now and still nothing. At this point, I probably wonât be seeing that refund ever but feel the need to advise anyone making large orders like these to try a different Little Caesarâs or possibly go days in advance to order. Management needs...
Read moreThis is hands down the worst of all places I have ever went to!!! Not only are the employees high ever time I have went there they have no idea what they are doing! They always say it is a 15 to 30 minute wait whether you go in or the drive thru. It usually turns out to be a 40 minute wait. You have to order it on line just to actually get a pizza from that terrible place! I have never seen a place ran by people who literally are under the influence. I actually smelled Marijuana one day when I went in there to get a pizza. After that, I decided it was time to find another place to get my pizza. If you want pizza, I suggest going to the Ceasars in SoHo. They know what they are doing and not completey ignorant like the employees from this one. đ Come on people look at all the bad reviews on this place! That pretty much...
