Cheaper than online! That was the first thing I learned when I first visited Steve at M&M Vaccums. The second thing I learned was that the model of SEBO vacuum I though I wanted probably wasn’t the best for for my home and that a cheaper model would work better. I actually appreciated the in-store demonstration of the various units and how Steve gave information WITHOUT BEING PUSHY like salesmen tend to be. And to top it all off, M&M gave me a complimentary upgrade to a 10 YEAR WARRANTY on parts + 7 YEAR LABOR warranty with a complimentary box of refill bags and a discount that BEAT AMAZON. That is something you can only get at a dealer - check the SEBO website, you will see as much. Furthermore, M&M is there for any service issues should they (unlikely) arise and employs a couple repair guys who look like they can do just about anything with a vacuum cleaner. Basically, If you want to be a good America this is the place to buy home cleaning appliances. There is literally no other place in Houston you can ask a man with over 45 yrs any questions about home cleaning appliances and get first hand, experiential, and honest advice that beats any YouTube video. Im not the type to really give reviews but wow this place is a RIP OFF! I brought in my Dyson V11 cordless vacuum for repairs about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I usually take it to Fast Vacuum repair on Westpark but they moved further away and stopped working on Dyson Vacuums. So I call M&M Vacuum and I asked if they work on Dyson, they said yes! So I drop it off and explain the problem. The Vacuum turns on when you pull the trigger but the brush stops spinning after a couple seconds. I'm thinking it's maybe the trigger issue. They said battery and wand need to be replaced. No call back for updates on the repair. I kept calling asking when it will be ready. Finally I pick it up and same issue. STILL NOT WORKING! I ask for a refund and the owner says give me time to look at it. Time? You had my Vacuum for almost a month. So I take my Vacuum with me and tell them to keep the money! They charged me almost $200 for something I could of done myself. He also had the nerve to try and sell me a new Vacuum that cost $500 dollars. You guys are...
