Absolutely the best purchasing experience I've had in a long time. I waited until Cyber Monday to orser which of course is SUCH a busy day. I had a number of questions because the Sactional I ordered will be a surprise for my fiance. The customer service representative I started working with was so helpful but unfortunate her work software was acting up and the call got dropped. She made sure to have another representative reach out and call me though so I could complete my order. She talked me through everything, reaffirmed my order was eliglve for the trial just incase we need it, and helped me get my payment setup to go onto my store card and another method. She also got me signed up to get text alerts when things start shipping so I can make sure I intercept and hide things as they arrive. She was very patient, so friendly, and I really felt like I could rely on her for any help I needed in the future. She followed up shortly after our call with a text with some helpful hints on getting everything set up once it arrives, and then reminded me to send her a text if I have any questions or need any help.

I'm so happy that I took the plunge and bought my Sactional and I can't wait for it to arrive. I also love knowing that their is a dedicated, friendly, and helpful customer service team to work with in the future to add to our Sactional if we move or add some kiddos...

Worst furniture purchase I’ve made. It was over 5k on sale and it came in 19 boxes, delivered without notice. We had to set it up ourselves (you can pay someone extra to do that). Our fingers were sore for days trying to pull the stuffing the way they explained. I Stil don’t think it’s correct. The cushions set higher the back frame of the sofa. Therefore the cushions are not properly supported. This makes it very uncomfortable. We have had it for a little over a year and I will be trying to sell it and buy a different couch. My back hurts as I sit on it...
