Pro Beauty Nails — Attraction in Houston

I found this place on Google and decided to patronize. I called them around 1pm to see if they had any availability. They told me that they did, I’d just have to wait 40 minutes. I decided to wait and then went to check in. Once I walked in the space, they seemed confused and basically proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any availability. I basically sat in their lobby for 40 minutes for absolutely no reason. Of course I left. A customer of the establishment ran out behind me and apologized on their behalf, instead of one of the staff. That’s beyond unprofessional. How does your customer care more about your business than you? Tragic. Some of the staff also seemed to not speak English well, so take that how you will. As someone who does extensive research and relies on reviews, I want to take the time to shoutout Adriana! First off, she’s the only person in Houston who is registered with Apres that does Gel X nails... and what a God send she is because she not only does them but is amazing at it !!!! Gel X are a better and healthier alternative to acrylic; never going back to that. Secondly, I realize that in an industry like this, my OCD is a nail tech’s worst nightmare. However, Adriana’s attention to detail and patience makes my OCD nonexistent. Her work is as close to perfection as it gets for me and I’ve had nothing but compliments on my nails every single time. I simply can’t say enough about her and I’m glad to have found her.... but don’t take my word for it, GO...

Best nail artist in Houston! Adriana curated the most beautiful and relaxing environment. From the gorgeous decor to the way she creates conversation and makes you feel super comfortable. I have been getting my nails done with Adriana for a little over a year. I came to her after searching for a nail artist that truly listened to my needs and had the expertise to fulfill them. I started with short, thin and bitten nails and never thought I would ever be where I am now. I have now achieved great growth and I am able to wear my natural nails.
