Store is clean and organized, but prices can be a bit to high for a thrift store. It can be a hit or miss. They do have some good items. Tag sale not really a sale when its marked up then dropped down to the actual price it should have started with. Smh... They do have dressing rooms but you can only bring 4 items in at a time which slows down the process instead of just bringing all your items in the fitting room then trying them on and getting it over with. And what's most asinine is that they only have U scans BUT YOU CAN'T CHECK YOURSELF OUT, THEY HAVE TO CHECK YOU OUT AND IT WAS ONLY 2 LADIES WHEN I WENT. I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH A DUMB IDEA LIKE THAT. You have to help them take the hangers off while they scan it for you and thrs no place to put the hangers, you just put them on the floor or on the next U scan next to you. That takes up so much time and its not enough workers to check out all the customers in line. That makes absolutely no sense to even have made that like that, what's the point of having all the U scans if you can't use them 🤔.It just slows down the process completely. I’ve been here twice since opening with family and had the same experience both times. The store is clean and organized. Some items are over priced, some are a steal, especially if the tag color is on sale that day (love this). There are NO FITTING ROOMS which I can’t stand because it’s 85% of the store is clothes, they have 2 cheap mirrors up front to peek at. I try stuff over my clothes if possible. The staff is not very professional, both times they just talk to each other instead of customers and BOTH TIMES I’ve heard them speaking poorly about other customers as they walk in. Not a fan. They have self scans yet you cannot self scan, they have to do it all for you. There’s no where to put hangers while you unload and it’s a pain if you don’t have a basket with you.
