I bought two cubic yards of the vegetable soil they have in bulk. I tried to talk to someone knowledgeable about there soil and ask what is my best option for a vegetable garden, I was pointed to this and I asked if they have anything of higher quality at this location or another and I was told no. 5 weeks later I cant get a single plant to take in this new soil. very disappointing as I missed optimal timing for planting a garden. The soil has way too much wood chips and sand and not enough composted organic material. also there are tiny pebbles hidden in the soil that I didnt notice at first and would have never purchased had i noticed. now i have thousands of tiny pebbles introduced to my garden soil. thanks a lot tgu. I had high hopes for your product but I guess your marketing team does a great job of selling dirt. the only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because I'm still hoping you make it right

I recently tried to return an item (hand pump) to this wholesale store after a couple of weeks, but was told they couldn't accept it because the box was open. This policy seems unreasonable to me, more so because it was not discuses during the purchase or noted in the receipt. During my visit, I spoke with Tyson manager in charge. Despite the box and pump appearing fine to him and unused, he still refused to accept the return. Overall, disappointed with their return policy and customer service.
