The LEGO® Store Baybrook — Attraction in Houston

I live in the west side of the city so I generally go to the LEGO store in Galleria. However, in recent months I had the opportunity to visit the LEGO store here at Baybrook Mall twice. Just based on my two visits, I already like it much better than the one at the Galleria mall.

The store itself here is much bigger than the one at Galleria. If I have to guess I would say it's at least twice as big. Both times I went on weekdays and there were barely anyone in the store so it felt nice. For some reason my impression is the Galleria store is always crowded, maybe it's due to its small size. The employees at all LEGO stores are generally friendly and helpful but I feel like the ones here at Bayrbook mall are especially so. I much prefer the Build a Mini tower here as well as both times they had more interesting parts.

If you live in the area, I would definitely recommend coming here. Even if you live farther away, it's still worth a visit to this location. I just wish LEGO would open a store in the west side already, maybe in...

Love Love this LEGO store! The staff at this location have been here a while and are very customer friendly. Any time I have a question on how to create something utilizing the pick a brick wall or a special request on a specific set they always are helpful. Nate is an amazing manager. He has personally helped me twice now to locate specific items and always comes through. Shawna is great too- we see her at every mini build and is so friendly. There are many other amazing employees, but unfortunately I can’t recall their names to credit them here. I would like to give a special shout out to the sales woman, Shawna, at the Lego Store at Baybrook Mall in Friendswood, Texas. We went in today to turn in my daughter's (Gracie) binkies for the lego set of her choice. Shawna was awesome! She made such a big deal out of Gracie being a big girl, and completely made a simple shopping trip into a special day. She even went out of her way to write a sweet note that she put in the bag just for my daughter. This type of service is unheard of these days...but she really made an impact on my daughter who lovingly is calling her the "Lego Lady." Wish there were more out there like you, Shawna....
