I have shopped and spent thousands of dollars with pagoda since I was a kid. Honestly I've only encountered one bad experience with your establishment over the past 30 yrs about 5 yrs ago out in Katy hence why I drive from Spring, Tx just to buy and get help. Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Baybrook have always took care of us when it comes to our jewelry. Completely understand the policies, but every time since these policy have gone into play that I have had an issue with one my pieces. Management knew how to solve the issue whether it be I pay the difference, make another purchase, or simply purchase another warranty. There are so many ways to make claims to take care of your regular clientele, especially when it comes to claiming a loss. Why because this is what real management does for them, instead of shrugging them off. If "I'm the assistant manager and unfortunately there is nothing we can do" is good enough for your management team. They should definitely go back and get a coaching and a couple of classes in hospitality management. Like I told the "asst. manager" today as she could have closed about a 2000 dollar sale in jewelry simply by thinking outside of the box when comes to business management and good clientele. Read moreI would not recommend this place. I went for a nose piercing, and paid 74 dollars for piercing and nose stud. First, I was told the sterilization process would take only 15 minutes. However, it took an hour. The piercing went fine, however I was given a long post (back part of the piercing) and told that in 4 months they will replace the long post (back piercing) when I come back. My piercing become loose in 3 weeks, and I had difficulty putting it back in. I went back to get the small post (back piercing) and the manager/person in charge told me it would be $43 for just the back piercing part. I claimed that they explained none of that before when I first got pierced. I was shocked that I already had paid for the stud, and then they tried charging me an extra $43 only for the post (back piercing). The person in charge showed no sense of kindness, nor a smile. She made sure they were symmetrical and didn't question me when I asked for her to not tell me when she had the needle and was about to pierce me. I tend to get overly anxious when I get pierced, and she made me feel very safe😊 Mind you I have had over 15 piercings and when I request "dont tell me, dont count, just pierce" I have been given funky looks before and questioned. Mouse seemed unfazed. she truly did amazing. To add to my praise, I watched a slight emergency happen with a client right before my piercings and the whole team did a very professional and caring job with taking care of the person.
