Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Houston

horrible customer service! I went to place an order and it was done incorrectly. I called and spoke to a manager named Edgar. He said he would replace my order. When I went back the next day, a man in a red shirt made my order and then instead of saying the number of my order, he repeated out loud the entire order very fast. Because I could not hear with the noise in the mall,I asked him was it number 70. Then he said with sarcasm he's repeating the whole order to make sure that is right so I won't have a problem. The guy had an attitude. Then when I go to eat my food, I realized there was no onions in my sandwich again. I went back and asked the cashier for the manager Edgar and she said it was the man who gave me my order in the red shirt. So I did not bother to tell him he messed up my order again by not giving me the onions in my sandwich. I just won't go back anymore and will eat somewhere else. He was so rude and sarcastic with me that he's messed up my order again. If he didn't want to replace my order to begin with that's all he had to say. He didn't have to give me a hard time and be sarcastic with me when I went back to get my order replaced. I don't understand how difficult it is because on the receipt it does not say no onions, it says only onions and cheese on the sandwich, and lettuce tomatoes on the side. So I don't understand why there are no onions in my sandwich! Horrible...

Very friendly staff! They were understanding and patient with me the first time I went there as I wonder what to order. The chicken philly I ordered was delicious and I love the strawberry lemonade! Fries with cheese and bacon are also nice and tasty! The order was accurate and they cooked my meal in a timely fashion. Also, free coupons! I will definitely come back to this place and recommend it to my friends and family too! This restaurant here might as well be rated #1 in my opinion, and that’s saying something since I have eaten food from all the other fast food restaurants there before! All newcomers that wants food; I highly recommend going here for your first time! You won’t be disappointed at all! Customer service was awful, communication was so hard it was almost non existent because they hardly speak English the whole crew should be fired! Food was decent (tasted like warmed up snacks from the frozen isle) I feel like they took long on my food out of spite she was trying to rush me to order while ringing my combo up all separately she never mentioned the drink and ranch would be an extra charge these are things this company should be training their cashiers on. Horrible experience makes me never want to return and I actually use to really enjoy the cheesesteaks I see another review mention that spiteful behavior of this crew and it makes sense.
