The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and they’ve got some really cool displays showing the things you can do when you use your imagination not just by the build kits. I remember back in the day when we would get a big Box of mixed Legos and Won of the really big green Lego and then you would just build whatever you could think of. That was the magic of Legos back then you could do anything your imagination would let you do. There’s instructions and every single piece has to be accounted for and it’s over 100 bucks for even a small little ship build. Long for the good old days imagination was all we needed and if mom stepped on a couple of Legos got them away, that was OK you could just build something else. Fortunately for us this particular store has every kind of Lego you could want and you can buy them individually, by the bag full, and mix and match to your hearts desire. Welcome back...

A thoughtful and kind experience at the Willowbrook store! It started with a 7 year old boy proudly buying Legos with $20 of his own money. He set the bag down in a different store and within a couple minutes, the bag was stolen. We went back to the Legos store to buy the same Legos again. The man who helped us asked what happened. I explained the other ones were stolen. He immediately got his manager and they gave us the replacement Legos for free. I called the other day to find out if they had a specific set, before i could even finish my sentence, the employee rudely cuts me off telling me they dont have it.
