Quality and Customer Service like what you get from Thomas Markle is unmatched. My entire life I have been a watch enthusiast. I wanted a new Rolex and from the first moment I stepped into TM I was greeted with a smile from Shai and she immediately began trying to find out my interests and tastes. She was without a doubt the most knowledgeable person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She showcased all the brands that TM offers including Rolex, Tudor, Mont Blanc, & Grand Seiko. She knew everything about the timepieces from the movements, the complications, the company history, etc. She was able to get me my wonderful Rolex Skydweller that I have on my wrist now. My experience was so good that I trusted her to help me get my engagement ring for my Fiancé. From the custom ring to the diamond it was the perfect ring and my Fiancé couldn't be happier. She gets compliments wherever she goes. Again I went back and Shai helped me pick out the perfect wedding band for my Fiancé. It was a custom band with diamonds and paraiba stones that created a truly unique piece. If you aren't convinced yet that Thomas Markle is the only Jewelry store you need then take it from my parents. My mother needed a new wedding ring as hers was lost. Shai helped my parents find the perfect ring. Need jewelry repaired? They do that too. My grandmother purchased a gold ring with diamonds over 2 decades ago. Some of the diamonds had fallen off and needed to be replaced while other prongs needed to be repaired to prevent any more from falling off. They fixed the ring and her exact words were "This looks better than the day I bought it." Have a piece of Jewelry you need appraised? They do that too. I usually wait to leave reviews after a few visits to reserve my judgment, both positive and negative. These are from my recent experiences at the Memorial City location. I tend to gravitate towards more family owned businesses as they often times offer a more personal and tailored experience. This establishment certainly did not fall short of those expectations. From my initial visit to every subsequent visit thereafter, I have always been greeted by someone with a polite and friendly smile before being met by my personal staff member. I can not give enough praise to Roland, there! I highly recommend him! I have never once felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. He has been more than happy to answer any questions (and I always have a lot) I had about of their brands - he is very knowledgeable and it really does come across. It's nice that they have many and various brands and price options for any occasion, under one roof, too. With that being said, Roland has always gone out of his way to accommodate me and really does follow up on products inquiries I may be interested in. They do take note of your interests as he has recently aquired a time piece that I have been looking for sometime now. When he reached out to me, he genuinely sound excited that he had gotten it for me, as much as I was happy to finally add it to my collection. We are now on to the next time pieces on my list.
