This place. Its not my first time order from here. BUT...i would not recommended for anyone to order online and waiting for your fruits/product to be ship like it promised. I place an order for a box of baby mangoes. My CC was charged and over two weeks I never received my shipment. I contact the owner and no one ever get back to me about my order. My friend messages the owner on Facebook and was told my money will be refunded back since they didn't ship my order. Ok, well first of all. If you are unable to ship out any order, at least let your customers know the wait time or an explanation. Nope! The customer services is terrible. It has been months and i never get my money back. Tried to call the store and no one is answering the phone. Message the owner several times and nothing in return. So for anyone that actually want to buy good decent fruits or fresh produce. Do not order from Tom nursery!! Go to your local store or have your friends/family ship it to you elsewhere and not from here. The money is not worth it. I ordered a box of star apple for $120 including shipping on Monday. They charged me right away but never sent out shipping information. I waited until Friday and texted the store. She said she just sent it out, and I will receive it on Saturday. The price on the website is now changed to $100. I asked her why. She said it’s a little smaller. Ok, whatever. Im ok with that. I received my fruit on Saturday. The packaging is all damaged. Half of the fruits are molded. The rest are not fresh and not that big. I texted her and she never replied back. Over price, told me on the phone $70 per box star apple for size small which is 18 per box. Order on the web, there’s $25 shipping charge on top of that, that’s fine, I will pay for it because not many places carry this type of fruit. Two days later I received 15 star apples in a box, only 2 consider big, 13 of which are small. More than 10 of them got rotten. I willing to pay the price but this is consider cheating the customer since size are small but they consider it big by throwing 2 big in.
