Trudy's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Houston

This is my "Home Hallmark", meaning I venture here more than any other location. I love this store not only for the items they carry, they all have that, but because the customer service is top notch! Today, Martin helped me with a Willow Tree item I was hoping to purchase for my Honorary/Bonus Mom. He was willing to call another store but looked in the back first and found the last item! I went in on Thursday to use my 40 percent hallmark coupon. I was told by the cashier that it was not gonna be accepted per the manager. It was an item that I was gonna purchase online but I noticed a $7.00 shipping fee; so I decided to stop in person. The cashier then said I could purchase online with my coupon and have it shipped to the store for free. No thanks, I left and stopped at Memorial City Mall Hallmark where I was able to use my coupon without any issue. The manager lost a customer just because she didn’t want to accept a valid coupon at the Town and Country...

These stores are sorta overwhelming. And while they have a TON of stuff, you have the sneaking feeling that a lot of it is pretty unnecessary. That said, though, if you're looking for gifts and decorations, you'd be unlucky not to find something here. They have so many cards, and then all sorts of surprising stuff - windchimes and candles and chocolates and toys and homewares and seasonal decorations and I can hardly list what else.
