Read moreThis place is okay. I love the food but the service you get is either hit or miss. I went their awhile back and an employee was talking very loudly while My boyfriend and I were trying to enjoy our lunch. An older gentleman was sitting with his friend at the table across from us and asked the employee if she could be a little quieter. She then stated you guys are talking loudly why can't we! I was dumbfounded that she had the audacity to speak to a customer like that?!
Let's fast forward a year I currently work in the same shopping center as them and I decided to give them another chance there is always one gentleman who gives great service but the rest of his team is a bunch of half-wits. I walk in and there is a register that I usually order at. The guy told me I needed to come down to the one on the opposite side. He then asked my order and started to make it. There was a guy standing next to him who was supposed to type in my order. Well go figure he didn't so I had to order again. I wanted to try the slim-tastic bagel that I saw online and in their store and they told me it's no longer available. I thought that possibly they ran out so I asked why. The guy clearly looked annoyed and said because corporate discontinued it very rudely. I then waited 15 minutes for my order which included a chai tea when I got my order it was more than obvious the girl that made it had never heard of latte before because she gave me a frozen drink. The only reason this place got 2 stars because I do enjoy the food. This place has so much potential but they need to clean house soon because customer's deserve better than this. Read moreCalled this establishment to confirm how far in advance I needed to order a dozen bagels, and was advised, at least 24hours. I visited the store to make my selections and order. The young lady was very helpful. She used this order sheet that the establishment utilizes. I paid her for the order, with the understanding and anticipation of it(the order being ready) in 2 days. I arrived the morning that the order was to be ready and was told there was no order for me. When I showed her my receipt, I was told that this receipt was as if I had taken the order the same day I placed the order. After convincing the manager that I had indeed come in to order, she reluctantly threw bagels of her choice in a box. Before leaving I looked in box to check and informed her that this selection was incorrect and that I had chosen various, exact flavors on the day I came in to place my order. This woman NEVER apologized AT ALL and NEVER said thank you. Poor MANAGEMENT! Who would show up at 6am to claim an order that they never ordered to be prepared for that day?
