If I could rate this place a 0 I definitely will I will make my comment go viral and have legal actions taking place This place needs better management specially having a disgusting person like Terry she is racists against Hispanics she likes only white people disgusting lady Today I came as usual never had a problem before (there is some nice employees) to have my breakfast with my mom this ugly nasty old wrecker comes to me and tells me I can’t have my dog in the store for her info she didn’t even asked me the right questions she didn’t approach me properly all she did was assume because? for her surprise I tell her my dog is a service DOG registered everything and she said no In front of everyone like she think she knows she doesn’t reason why my dog wasn’t wearing his vest it’s because we celebrating his bday as you can see in the cameras I said to her I’ll make my order and step out as planned it to eat outside But instead I’m going to make my rights matter while this nasty old person messed with my service dog telling me he is not one because I carry him? He is in training and as you can see in cameras my dog walked next to me when we went inside at all times with leashe on I decided to pick him up as I know there was people in the restaurant my dog is a puppy for her dumb stupid actions I have pictures and videos where there is not sign saying dogs not allowed in restaurant or store plus this company sells dog bagels isn’t dog friendly? I didn’t do anything wrong plus is not what you say it’s how you say it and this lady was so wrong she didn’t ask questions as she should she told me my dog isn’t a service dog cuz I picked him up? This place is okay. I love the food but the service you get is either hit or miss. I went their awhile back and an employee was talking very loudly while My boyfriend and I were trying to enjoy our lunch. An older gentleman was sitting with his friend at the table across from us and asked the employee if she could be a little quieter. She then stated you guys are talking loudly why can't we! I was dumbfounded that she had the audacity to speak to a customer like that?!

Let's fast forward a year I currently work in the same shopping center as them and I decided to give them another chance there is always one gentleman who gives great service but the rest of his team is a bunch of half-wits. I walk in and there is a register that I usually order at. The guy told me I needed to come down to the one on the opposite side. He then asked my order and started to make it. There was a guy standing next to him who was supposed to type in my order. Well go figure he didn't so I had to order again. I wanted to try the slim-tastic bagel that I saw online and in their store and they told me it's no longer available. I thought that possibly they ran out so I asked why. The guy clearly looked annoyed and said because corporate discontinued it very rudely. I then waited 15 minutes for my order which included a chai tea when I got my order it was more than obvious the girl that made it had never heard of latte before because she gave me a frozen drink. The only reason this place got 2 stars because I do enjoy the food. This place has so much potential but they need to clean house soon because customer's deserve better than this. Called this establishment to confirm how far in advance I needed to order a dozen bagels, and was advised, at least 24hours. I visited the store to make my selections and order. The young lady was very helpful. She used this order sheet that the establishment utilizes. I paid her for the order, with the understanding and anticipation of it(the order being ready) in 2 days. I arrived the morning that the order was to be ready and was told there was no order for me. When I showed her my receipt, I was told that this receipt was as if I had taken the order the same day I placed the order. After convincing the manager that I had indeed come in to order, she reluctantly threw bagels of her choice in a box. Before leaving I looked in box to check and informed her that this selection was incorrect and that I had chosen various, exact flavors on the day I came in to place my order. This woman NEVER apologized AT ALL and NEVER said thank you. Poor MANAGEMENT! Who would show up at 6am to claim an order that they never ordered to be prepared for that day?
