There are so many good things to say about flower child town and country location! The food, service, and atmosphere are all top notch! I wouldn’t have known they had just opened based on how smoothly everything was.
If you have never been, you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The employee who took our order was kind and accommodating. She took the time to answer questions and ensure our order was just the way we wanted. My mom asked for a different type of cheese and dressing for her salad and she was happy to modify it for us. A few minutes after we sat another employee came to our table to confirm the modification before bringing out our food. We appreciated how thorough and attentive they were!
Our food was brought out quickly and just they way we asked. My mom and I both ordered a salad and they were both delicious! I got the chopped vegetable salad with grilled chicken and I substituted the dressing for their lemon avocado dressing. My mom got the Turkey and avocado Cobb salad. She substituted the cheese for cheddar cheese and also got the lemon avocado dressing. The lemon avocado dressing is amazing! One or our favorite dressings ever! Also, we both loved and appreciated how crisp and fresh the ingredients in our salads were. My mom also appreciated the extra step they took in serving her rose in a chilled glass.
The menu is filled with tons of healthy and delicious options! I definitely recommend going and I know we will be...
Read moreGood healthy eating spot. They have a decent sized menu with wraps, salad, sides, and bowls. I had the Flying Avocado wrap with the side of Kung Pow cauliflower. The wrap came with a small side salad. The wrap itself is pretty large and filled with good ingredients. The cauliflower though, WOW! I loved it and so did all my friends at the table who tried it. Very good roasted and sauteed flavor with nuts. Truly had a Kung Pow flavor. The atmosphere is good energy and that typical new vibe-ish decor. Hard to explain, but you know it when you see it. My meal was $24 and some change. A little more than I wanted to spend for a lunch, but I'm glad I tried it. They have a little patio off the main dining area. The seating is cushion long booths and separate chairs. It was very crowded the day we went. It had only been open for 3 days, so we will see how tings go when they are more settled. Hopefully they will keep up the strong customer service and smiles with...
Read moreI stopped by Flower Child for lunch and tried the Salmon, Sweet Potato Fries, and Kung Pao Cauliflower, paired with the Very Bery Sangria. The whole experience gave off a relaxed, California-style vibe—from the bright, airy location to the genuinely friendly and helpful staff. One standout moment: I wasn’t sure if I wanted the sangria, and the team member kindly offered me a sample to help decide—such a nice touch.
The food was flavorful and well-prepared, especially the cauliflower, which had a nice kick. That said, the portion sizes are definitely on the smaller side for the price point. I walked out without the need for a to-go box, and my total with tax and tip came to $32—not exactly budget-friendly for a casual lunch, but the quality and experience made it worth it.
Not the cheapest lunch around, but I’ll be back for the good vibes, great service,...
