BUYER BEWARE I initially reached out to Jonathan on May 16, 2025. After sharing some photos and project details, he provided me with a quote. About a week later, when I followed up, he informed me that he had misquoted the job. I appreciated his honesty and had no issue with the correction—we agreed to move forward using a lower-tier turf at the original quoted price.

From there, we began trying to schedule the installation. While weather delays were understandable at first, the process quickly became frustrating. Week after week, there were new excuses, and I was always the one initiating contact—he never followed up on his own. His last response to me was on June 26. I reached out for two more consecutive weeks and was completely ignored. Eventually, I gave up and began seeking quotes from other companies.

What I heard from those companies was that there was no way his quote was accurate and that he likely realized how far off he was—then chose to ghost me rather than address the issue. I understand that mistakes happen, and I would have been open to a conversation and potential solutions. I was never rude or difficult, and I certainly didn’t want anyone to lose money.

But to completely ignore a customer after agreeing to terms and stringing them along for over a month is simply unacceptable. I’ve had a cashier’s check printed since June 7, ready to go. This project was for my kids, and I had promised them it would be done this summer. That opportunity was taken from them—and from me.

I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to consider this before doing business with the company. I have screenshots of all our communications and a photo of the cashier’s check, so if there’s any claim that I’m being unfair or inaccurate, I’m more than willing to share. I still wish them the best, but you can't treat potential clients this way and not expect them...
