See the photo: Be aware that sadly in this day and age, this white male military veteran is leaning towards racism. I'm new to Houston and needed to send out some documents out of state. I felt immediately unwanted inside this Postal office by asking a few questions about sending a Priority envelope out to my destination. The black lady was absolutely uncaring, no eye contact, talking down to her desk. Her pronunciation of the English language was terrible as I had to ask her what she had said twice. Then she mentioned I could go to the kiosk and place my information into the machine to get labels printed out as if she didn't have time for me. So...I headed over there and found another black customer having difficulty there and she headed to the desk to get help. I stepped up to the kiosk. This kiosk seems to be more time consuming and frustrating and I understand now. Behind me now was the same black customer accompanied by the same black postal service woman that was uncaring to five minutes ago...telling me to just fill the address in by hand in my envelope! I needed help, but this black postal clerk would rather help the black customer? Heck, I'm at the kiosk, help me to print this out! I was crushed to see the racist attitude, racism front and center. She told the black customer to come with her back to the front desk where she spent fifteen minutes helping her own kind, I felt total prejudice with this black postal clerk. She knew I needed guidance and advice but spent her time helping another customer of her own race instead. That's how it felt. I'll never go to this office again.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Passport Appointment Experience I had a passport appointment scheduled for today at 10:15 AM. I arrived at 10:12 AM and informed a male staff member that I had an appointment. He checked the list, confirmed my name, and asked me to take a seat and wait to be called. Shortly after, an older woman (who I believe may be Vietnamese) approached us and said she was running a little behind. She politely asked if we could wait an additional 15–20 minutes, and we agreed without any issue. However, after waiting for 45 minutes with no updates, I approached the passport service station to follow up. I began explaining that I had a 10:15 AM appointment and had been waiting for 45 minutes, but the woman interrupted me as soon as I mentioned the appointment time. She pointed her finger in my face and accused me of being late, stating she had already called someone else ahead of me. Her tone was extremely rude and unprofessional, and what shocked me even more was the behavior of her supervisor (photo attached), who supported her actions. They eventually refused to process our application and even went so far as to threaten to call the police. This entire situation was caused by their own scheduling mismanagement, yet I was treated with complete disrespect and dismissed unfairly. It’s unacceptable for USPS employees to behave as though they hold power over customers, especially when the customer has done nothing wrong. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure other customers aren’t treated this way.

I came here today 8/19/2025 to mail a package. Even it is a simple mail, I am truly impressive by the beautiful service from Ms. Riley. She was the only staff at that time. When I walked in, she nicely greeted me and directed me to the right counter. She was assisting a customer to handle a heavy package, showing the customer detailed steps at Self Service booth. Then, she came to the counter to complete my mail. Her smiles, kind communication, quick and efficient service from start to finish are all above and beyond my satisfaction. Additionally, this post office location opens very early at 7:30 am, which is a good convenience. I also completed an online survey to give thanks to this nice experience today.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. I realize post offices have there own issues and stuff gets delayed but the customer service or lack there of at the location is horrendous. I've dealt with multiple locations across the US and never have I encountered any one of them as bad as this place. If your package happens to get shipped there you won't see it anywhere close to the time frame that was originally listed. As far as reaching them good luck. I just contacted them about my fiance's cover for her phone which has not been updated on their website and was suppose to be delivered Monday the 13th. First they hung up on me then when I called back it took them like 3-5 min to answer phone. I asked the woman who answered the phone I needed to find out about my package and see if it were easier for me to just pick up. She said u want to track ur package? and said let me see, then placed me on hold. I'm no genius but I would assume if you were actually gonna help me you'd want the freaking tracking number. She obviously didn't want to help because she never got back on the phone. I can't believe with all the horrible reviews this one location has that they haven't sent management there to clean it up. Very disappointed in the USPS managemnet of this location. Everyone there needs to be fired and they need to start...
