I visited this place often , nerver had a problem with my order until a week ago I went inside place order for a Salad the young lady took my order . there was certain things I just couldn't have due to allergies on my salad. 5mins after waiting another worker ask who order Salad?...I respond I didn't .she precedes to ask me if I would like to order something else because they wasn't making Special Orders. I replied No...Could I speak with your Manager she turns walk away and begin speaking with a young Black gentleman ,finally I heard him say what do she want on it? I'll fix it. Manager never spoke with me or Acknowledged me. I will not spend my money there. I rather drive a lil further for Good...

Love Micheals. They have great stuff. My one missing star is because i wish these corps would really relate to all craft areas not just a few. I hate that i have to order beads in spasific sizes without seeing them from online shops. I make jewelry and none of these craft outlets sell things i need. Charms are taking over. Not to mention the whole isles deticated to things you can buy at walmart and other places. It would be great to buy real crafting supplies of all kinds. Even my other hobbies are hard to store shop for. I wish pyhsical stores still had variety. I hate online shopping and this is why people shop...
