Julie's Boutique — Attraction in Huntersville

EVERY single time I come in here I have never once been greeted. I always think it will change but it’s the weirdest vibe. All the employees just huddle around the register just chit chat & don’t bother helping. Came in today. No one greeted me, ok fine no big deal, it’s just common courtesy though when your working in retail, then no one told me about the sale, again because no spoke to me. (and this isn’t rare either) I grabbed a few things to try on, no one asked me for a fitting room i just walked back there. Then the old lady (short white hair) came back to say “when your done put all clothes on hangers and put them on the rack” I have worked retail so I would never leave the fitting room a mess for employees i used to hate that, however isn’t it their job instead of chit chatting to grab the things your done with? Idk what is wrong with this place but i’ve never once had a nice or friendly encounter with the employees. I’m not one to leave reviews, it just actually bugs me how rude the employees are which blows my mind because the clothes are ok. They are weird clothes some are cute, but it’s rare. So why are they acting like they work at some high end store in southpark....

Public humiliation! I’ve been to this store several times but yesterday was the absolute worst experience. I will never be back, and it be share my experience with most other boutiques in birkdale as well as my network of friends and family. I was ACCUSED of stealing a shirt. Not only was I harassed in the store, but I was followed to concierge and humiliated in front of guest services as well. I thought by sharing that I was returning the shirt to Anthropologie and I had purchased it one week prior the lady would realize it wasn’t from Julie’s. She refused to listen to me, told the guest services I was a lying thief, until the security guard confirmed the shirt was from Anthropologie. Indeed, I had the receipt in my Anthro-perks email on my phone. I was so rattled and dumbfounded that someone would be accusing me of something without listening to the truth. She just wanted me to be guilty I guess. I cannot emphasize enough- DO NOT SHOP HERE. There’s plenty of boutiques at birkdale- this is not a customer...

Very poor customer service I Walked in today hoping to find a cute mother’s day dress . When I walked in I started looking at dresses near the register. A lady was standing at the register and not once did she greet me or ask how I was doing . Than another lady walked in behind me I noticed she didn’t greet her either but instead had a whole conversation to a another employee I’m guessing worked there about tickets to God knows what . I just kind of walked out annoyed at that point . It’s a small store and wasn’t busy at all just opened up at 10 so no excuse to not providing great...
