La Bodega Ranch Market — Attraction in Huntington Beach

There was a few homeless people hanging out right by the front door, so it was pretty scary to walk in there. I came here to buy ingredients for enchiladas. That being said, I did a green sauce and I had to get tomatillos, serranos, jalapeños and few other items… it was very hard to go through these to find fresh items. It was very crowded in there with empty boxes all over the place.The meat was on the pricier side. I really did want to like this place but I’ll make a further drive to get fresher ingredients...

The best as ever!!! Always helpful and found a new vegetable and learned how to use it in my soups. My neighbors loved the last one. Staff is cortious and kind.. and....they are patient with my broken Spanish, and Always help me understand the past and present tense of certain words..so helpful and polite when I get it wrong. Feels like back in Olas Altos....
