Madison Plaza — Attraction in Huntsville

My family and me went here to Stars&Strips. Let me tell you, I'm extremely satisfied with our visit there. That was in fact the greatest experience having awesome family fun that I've got to enjoy in a very long time. Stars&strips has it all, they have a restaurant for you to sit down and enjoy a meal before you go have a blast. They've got several arcade games where you can win tickets for prizes. I really love the deals they have for the tokens not to mention it's so organized. Instead of carrying a huge bucket of tokens they give you a card that the tokens go on and once you've played a game and won your tickets the tickets automatically get added to your card. Awesome right?! I love that myself cause you don't have to struggle with chasing down your kids and trying to keep up with tokens and tickets. They have bumper cars, laser tag, an escape room, a bowling alley and a bar for good adult fun!! It's not just an awesome place to bring your kids to have family time it's also a great place to come enjoy you some adult fun as well.. If you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing Stars&Strips I highly recommend you GO THERE NOW!! OH and another awesome thing they stay open till 2am...

The bowling was good, if you overlook the fact that knocking down 9 pins registered as a spare or strike - food service was awful, our waiter kept forgetting about us, food wasn't what we ordered, drinks were excessively sour and needed to be remade.

The bowling counter told us it would be a 3 hour wait for all bowling, then when we left to walk around the center we saw vip lanes - when we asked about them explicitly they said it cost a few dollars more but was immediately available.

There were multiple advertisements for escapeology that said to ask at the bowling counter for information, but when asking, neither of the people behind the desk had any information and we utterly lost.

I was at the Huntsville Alabama location and my card MALFUNCTIONED I was cheated on my points I went to the counter and told a employee named PAULA that my card kept saying card read error to swipe again well after only playing 5 games a 165 points were gone PAULA was very rude and could care less she acted like I was lying and asked if I wanted to purchase more I said why would i want to buy more points for you to just add them to a MALFUNCTIONED card she didnt even respond she just stared at me ........ 186 dollars was spent that day we did lazer tag and a escape room everything else was fine except for Paula's carelessness......... we will not be...
