🌯 FOOD – 9/10 Okay, let’s be real — Chick-fil-A got that food down. Their chicken is always crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. The original chicken sandwich? A classic. Spicy chicken? Gas. Nuggets? Fire. And don’t even get me started on the waffle fries — crispy, salty, and perfect with their signature Chick-fil-A sauce (aka the GOAT of all sauces). Breakfast is lowkey underrated too. The chicken minis hit different in the morning fr.
Only reason it’s not a 10 is because, like, if you don’t like chicken, you’re kind of outta luck. And sometimes the fries could be fresher, not gonna lie.

🧑🍳 SERVICE – 10/10 They built their whole brand off of being mad polite — and they deliver. The “my pleasure” is iconic, but it’s more than that. Workers actually seem happy to be there. They’re quick, efficient, and you can tell they care about getting your order right. Even during lunch rush, they handle it like pros. Whether you’re in the drive-thru or inside, they keep it moving with military precision (no joke).
⸻
🎶 VIBE – 8/10 It’s clean, calm, and got this wholesome, family-friendly energy. Nothing too flashy or over-the-top, but it’s cozy. The booths are comfy, the lighting is chill, and they’re usually playing soft instrumental music in the background. Some locations even got fresh flowers on the tables, which is cute. It’s not a hangout spot like Starbucks or anything, but if you’re tryna grab a quick meal or chill with your fam, it’s solid.
⸻
💸 PRICE – 7.5/10 Not cheap cheap, but for the quality, it’s worth it. You’re paying a little extra than like McDonald’s or Taco Bell, but you’re also getting real chicken — not some mystery meat situation. Meals usually fall around $8–10 depending on what you get. It adds up if you’re feeding a whole crew, but for a solo run or date, it’s a fair deal.
⸻
📲 TECH / APP – 9/10 Their mobile app is clutch. You can order ahead, rack up points for free food (like actual rewards that don’t take a million years to earn), and skip the line. Plus, the drive-thru lanes at some spots have iPad workers walking up to your car like it’s a whole system.

📝 OVERALL – 9/10 Chick-fil-A ain’t overrated — it really lives up to the hype. The food is always solid, service is top-tier, and the whole experience feels just a little more put-together than most fast food joints. Only downside? They’re closed on Sundays 😭 (respectfully, but still… the cravings...
Read moreChick-Fil-A; what is there to say? You know why it is what it has become today. The food is phenomenal, the employees are God’s gift to humankind, and the customer service makes you feel like you’re treated with respect and care on your best and your worst days.
This location understands why I keep coming back to Chick-Fil-A. One of the managers; Cesia took my order and was overwhelmingly polite to me. Other employees made my drinks while she continued helping me which made me feel like I was the center of all attention as all good Chick-Fil-As always do. While I was waiting for my food I realized I hadn’t scanned my app for points because Chick-Fil-A has the best app in the fast food scene (looking at you Sonic 🙄) but thankfully, another manager; Brooke explained how I could get my points a different way and walked me through the process which really made my whole day. The best part? My food came in only just a few minutes from after I sat back down and it was PERFECT. Only at Chick-Fil-A do I get my whole order right the first time! While eating in the dinning room as other customers came in, the employees would greet them as they came in (I forgot to say that they had also greeted me when I had come in too. oops) and I’d watch other customers being treated just as kindly as I was. Great job guys!! Nearly everything was perfect except for one song on the radio. It had whistling which was very annoying and it was extremely repetitive. Normally I’d bring my AirPods and listen to a playlist on Spotify but I’d left those back at home today… If the worst I can say about Chick-Fil-A is a song on the radio then you know this location is a keeper. Thank you for the wonderful meal!! Looking forward ti returning...
Read moreThis is the most unprofessional and outright discriminatory location of this Franchise I have ever patronized. Using the drive thru to order a meal with an extra drink took forever while I continued to repeat myself and the attendant whose mind was everywhere but the only place she is needed proceed to say she cannot understand my accent. I have spoken English all my life and May enunciate words differently occasionally, to audaciously attack my accent says a lot about this location. I proceeded to get my food and on getting home I realize the waffle fries was burnt and dry, I picked up my phone, called the location requesting a manager, to my surprise the uncultured piece of what I will not call her on this platform had the audacity to tell me it’s not their fault they can’t understand me. I was shocked and reached out to corporate, they promise to revert, it’s almost 2weeks with no response from the location or corporate. How can you have folks like Tanya lead a place known for its empathy and exemplary customer service? She invalidated my concerns and refuse to get me the assistance that could address my issue. Is it a crime to sound different? Why treat me like I am not deserving when I spend my hard earned money to support your business? My money don’t have an accent when you swiped the card, right? This is a terrible Chic Fil A location, nobody reached out to address my concern of our poorly the attendant delivered her service or the supposed Manager Tanya who most likely is a no good for any business, or the 2 issues raised. Sad to see folks still concerned about what you sound...
