Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Hurst

So thought qe would try it again. Service great. Atmosph Here great. Ordered the southern charm burger. They forgot the sauce. Mayo and caramelized onions. Got another burger made. This time too much mayo. No bbq sauce. I sent it back and adked the waitress to take it off my bill. Very sassy manager came over to me with my burger in hand and wanted to argue about the bbq sauce. Saying its under the cheese and its been made like this for over 9 yrs.. dude. I looked at the burger. Looked under the cheese. I know how its made. But mr. Sassy pant long pony tail manager wanted to argue. Then he made a smart remark then in a condescending tone asked me if he could bring me something else.. NOPE not now.. i would be afraid that he would do something to my food.. just because if the attitude he was bringing. Below you can also read my comments. Never will i come here again Buns tasted dry and stale. The hamburgers were hard and cold. We haven't been here in a long time. We used to get great service and good food.. so i am not sure why the decline in quality.. The restaurant was not busy so there was no excuse for not filling our drinks. We had to flag down our waitress who was busy talking to other servers at the computer station. The manager walked around with an "i don't care attitude" and when we spoke to her.. the manager.. about our food. She commented with " ok, I can have them remake it for you but there will be a wait". I was upset with the attitude and no apology. Nothing. I mean I did not expect anything free and wasn't asking for anything free. But she could have had said. Let me get a remake and it will be out right away.. we were a party of 5 people. No one finished their food and I had to cut around alot of the gard meat on each of our burger to get anything that was edible. Just a big waste of money and time. SO...

I placed a Togo order at 7:02pm, my order was supposed to be ready at 7:26pm. I got there right on time, parked in to go parking and called the number to tell them I was there and gave them my name. The waiter told me to stay in my car and my order will be brought to me. Another two customers pulled up after me, and got their orders first. I didn’t order a big meal, just two burgers, and an order of onion rings. I waited in my car for 15 minutes, and no one has brought out my order. Finally I get off my car and go inside. I told the hostess I had been waiting for 15 mins already and she brought my food out right away. It had been sitting out on the counter because when I checked my meal my fries and onions rings were already cold. I then asked to speak with the manager and told her my situation and all she could do was give me extra fries since mine were cold.... WHICH THEY ALREADY DO IN THE DINER. They give extra fries anyways. I then got into my car and decided to check my burger to make sure it was the right order as I’m driving off. MY BURGER WAS WRONG. My receipt even said” plain, no lettuce, mayo, relish” but it was still wrong. By this time it’s already 8:05pm my food had been sitting out for 30 mins already everything was cold and I still had to go back and get a new burger made. The manager did not come out to apologize, or even acknowledge that I had been waiting for my food, to be cold and the wrong order. By far the worst experience ever. Especially during this Covid time. Half of the workers weren’t even wearing their mask, and the other half that had mask didn’t even cover their nose with it. Defeats the whole purpose of wearing it. I understand mistakes happen but it’s how people handle them that make all...

Bad experience and gross food! When we arrived there was no one near the door to get us seated. We stood at the door for 7 mins just waiting to atleast be acknowledged. Finally a guy walked very fast past us and said someone would be with shortly; they werent busy and I could see employees standing around chatting towards the back of the restaurant. We finally got seated and it took a while before our waitress would acknowledge us at the table. Once she took our food order she never came back to check on us except the time I had to get her attention as she flew past our table. Never got any drink refills. My menu already had a squashed bug on it when it was left on the table by the girl who sat us. The food was bad and by bad I mean tasted and appeared old as well as cold when shouldve been hot. The onion rings were so greasy the paper they were on was all shredded and soaked through. My sandwich was half cold, had limp under cooked bacon, and the crossiant was soggy with a strong butter taste. The chicken on my friends salad was obviously old and cold when it was supposed to be hot, parts were even a bit hard. The lettuce in her salad was already starting to turn. The only good thing was the cheese sticks, but one of the plates they brought out with it was dirty. We had already had such a hard time getting people's attention from the moment we walked that we didn't want to get aggravated by trying to get a manager.

Used to come here 2xs a month before the Covid stuff started and was really excited to return... Not any more and have no plans...
